【摘要】：《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(簡(jiǎn)稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)是現(xiàn)存有關(guān)中醫(yī)學(xué)最早的經(jīng)典著作,是后世中醫(yī)理論產(chǎn)生的來源。該書內(nèi)容涉及中醫(yī)理論與臨床的各個(gè)學(xué)科,概括性分析了臨床中各種疾病的基本規(guī)律,為疾病的診治提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。耳聾作為中醫(yī)耳鼻喉科常見病證,在《內(nèi)經(jīng)》時(shí)期已有了較全面的論述。后世醫(yī)家多在此基礎(chǔ)上演繹發(fā)揮,但均未超出《內(nèi)經(jīng)》的范圍。當(dāng)前,不同學(xué)者對(duì)耳聾病證的認(rèn)識(shí)存在較大分歧,這種現(xiàn)狀削弱了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》對(duì)臨床的指導(dǎo)意義�；诖�,本文力求通過以下幾個(gè)方面的工作來解決這個(gè)問題:一、搜集原文,全面收集《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中有關(guān)耳聾的相關(guān)條文;二、逐條解讀,通過借鑒歷代注家的研究成果,力求呈現(xiàn)出原文的本來含義;三、分類討論,對(duì)相關(guān)原文按照病因、病機(jī)以及治法加以分類論述,并進(jìn)一步以經(jīng)解經(jīng),總結(jié)出《內(nèi)經(jīng)》耳聾相關(guān)疾病的基本病因、病機(jī)以及治法;四、臨床應(yīng)用,將《內(nèi)經(jīng)》耳聾理論應(yīng)用于臨床,記錄典型病案,為耳聾的臨床診療提供參考。通過對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》耳聾理論的整理研究,歸納出了耳聾相關(guān)疾病的基本的病因病機(jī)以及治療方法,為耳聾病癥的進(jìn)一步臨床辨證提供了理論依據(jù),也為今后耳聾相關(guān)疾病的辨證分型打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Huang Di's Internal Classic (abbreviated as the Internal Classic) is the earliest classical work on Chinese medicine and the source of the theory of TCM in later generations. The contents of this book are related to various disciplines of TCM theory and clinic. It analyses the basic laws of various diseases in clinic and provides a solid theoretical basis and practical experience for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Deafness, as a common disease in the department of otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine, has been comprehensively discussed in the period of Internal Classic. Later generations of doctors on this basis, but not beyond the scope of the Classic. At present, different scholars have different views on deafness syndrome, which weakens the guiding significance of Neijing in clinical practice. Based on this, this paper tries to solve this problem through the following aspects of work: first, collect the original text, comprehensive collection of the relevant provisions on deafness in the Internal Classic; Second, unscramble article by article, and try to show the original meaning of the original text by referring to the research results of the annotators of the past dynasties; Third, the classification discussion, the related original text according to the etiology, the pathogenesis and the treatment method carries on the classification discussion, and further with the classics understanding classics, summarizes the "Internal Classic > deafness related disease basic etiology, the pathogenesis as well as the treatment method;" Fourth, clinical application. The theory of deafness is applied to clinical practice, and the typical medical records are recorded to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of deafness. Through the study of the theory of deafness, the basic etiology, pathogenesis and treatment methods of deaf-related diseases were summarized, which provided the theoretical basis for the further clinical differentiation of deafness. It also lays a solid foundation for the differentiation and classification of deaf-related diseases in the future.
