【摘要】：本文以構建衛(wèi)氣理論體系為目標,明確衛(wèi)氣理論的研究范圍,解決部分爭議問題,使衛(wèi)氣理論更加明晰,以期發(fā)揮其臨床指導作用。立足傳統(tǒng)思維方法,結合《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中衛(wèi)氣相關經(jīng)文,參考眾家之言,運用理論研究的方法,全面歸納總結了衛(wèi)氣的含義、衛(wèi)氣的生成、衛(wèi)氣與營氣關系、營衛(wèi)與氣血關系、衛(wèi)氣的節(jié)律、衛(wèi)氣的分布、衛(wèi)氣的生理功能、衛(wèi)氣的病理狀態(tài),以及調衛(wèi)氣的方法等內(nèi)容,初步構建了衛(wèi)氣理論體系,并探討了衛(wèi)氣理論中存在的部分疑點、難點問題,使其得到較為合理的解釋,從而明確了衛(wèi)氣在中醫(yī)理論體系中的價值與歸屬。對衛(wèi)氣理論的深入挖掘與探究,豐富了中醫(yī)理論,拓展了其臨床運用,彰顯了經(jīng)典理論的價值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct the theory system of Wei Qi, to clarify the research scope of the theory of Wei Qi, to solve some controversial problems, to make the theory of Wei Qi more clear, in order to give full play to its clinical guiding role. Based on the traditional thinking method, combined with the relevant scriptures of the Central Wei Qi in the "Internal Classic", and referring to the words of many families, and using the method of theoretical research, this paper summarizes comprehensively the meaning of Wei Qi, the generation of Wei Qi, the relationship between Wei Qi and Ying Qi, and the relationship between Ying Wei and Qi and blood. The rhythm of Weiqi, the distribution of Weiqi, the physiological function of Weiqi, the pathological state of Weiqi, and the method of regulating Weiqi, etc., have been preliminarily constructed, and some doubtful and difficult problems in the theory of Weiqi have been discussed. So that it can be explained reasonably, so as to clarify the value and attribution of Wei qi in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. The deep exploration of the theory of Wei Qi enriches the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, expands its clinical application and highlights the value of classical theory.
