【摘要】：目的:觀察樞經(jīng)推拿療法對腦梗塞患者腦血流動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響。方法:將60例腦梗塞患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組(各30例),對照組給予腦梗塞基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用樞經(jīng)推拿療法。分別于治療前24 h內(nèi)、治療4周后采用經(jīng)顱多普勒超聲(TCD)探測患者患側(cè)大腦中動(dòng)脈(MCA)的平均血流速度(Vm)值和動(dòng)脈指數(shù)(PI)值。結(jié)果:1經(jīng)治療后,兩組患側(cè)MCA的Vm均上升(P0.05),治療組與對照組相比,其上升幅度更大(P0.05);2治療后,兩組患者患側(cè)MCA的PI值均下降(P0.05),治療組與對照組相比,其下降幅度更大(P0.05)。結(jié)論:樞經(jīng)推拿法可以使腦梗塞患者患側(cè)大腦中動(dòng)脈的平均血流速度增大、動(dòng)脈指數(shù)值下降,表明樞經(jīng)推拿法可以增加腦梗塞患者腦血管血流的供應(yīng)、改善腦血液循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of armature meridian massage therapy on cerebral hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (30 cases each). The control group was treated with basic treatment of cerebral infarction, and the treatment group was treated with armature meridian massage therapy. The mean blood flow velocity (Vm) and arterial index (PI) of middle cerebral artery (MCA) (MCA) were detected by transcranial Doppler (TCD) within 24 hours before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: 1 after treatment, the Vm of MCA in the two groups increased (P0.05), compared with the control group, the increase of Vm in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P0.05). 2After treatment, the PI value of MCA in the affected side of the two groups were all decreased (P0.05), compared with the control group, the PI value of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: armature massage can increase the mean blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery and decrease the arterial index in the patients with cerebral infarction, which indicates that the armature massage can increase the cerebral blood flow supply and improve the cerebral blood circulation in the patients with cerebral infarction.
