【摘要】：目的:探討傳統(tǒng)藥罐療法對(duì)寒濕型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者的影響。方法:選擇欽州市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的60例寒濕型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法平均分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,每組各30例。對(duì)照組采用牽引、針灸、推拿的常規(guī)綜合保守療法,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上增加藥罐療法。兩組均以6次為1個(gè)療程,療程與療程之間間隔1天,共治療4個(gè)療程。比較兩組的臨床療效,觀察兩組治療前后的中醫(yī)證候積分及腰椎功能量表評(píng)分(JOA評(píng)分)變化情況。結(jié)果:(1)觀察組30例中,臨床痊愈14例,顯效11例,有效4例,無(wú)效1例;對(duì)照組30例中,臨床痊愈7例,顯效10例,有效12例,無(wú)效1例。兩組療效比較,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。(2)治療前,兩組患者的中醫(yī)證候積分及腰椎功能量表評(píng)分(JOA評(píng)分)差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組患者的中醫(yī)證候積分及腰椎功能量表評(píng)分(JOA評(píng)分)分別為(5.38±1.47)、(25.56±5.27)分,均分別低于或高于對(duì)照組的(8.41±2.55)、(20.21±4.25)分,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:常規(guī)綜合保守療法聯(lián)合傳統(tǒng)藥罐療法治療寒濕型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥,其臨床療效較常規(guī)綜合保守療法更為顯著,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of traditional cupping therapy on patients with cold and wet lumbar disc herniation. Methods: sixty patients with cold and wet lumbar disc herniation were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traction, acupuncture and massage, and the observation group was treated with herbal cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated with 6 times as a course of treatment, the interval between the course of treatment and the course of treatment was 1 day, a total of 4 courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the changes of TCM syndromes score and JOA score before and after treatment were observed. Results: (1) in the observation group, 14 cases were clinically cured, 11 cases were effective, 4 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, while in the control group, 7 cases were clinically cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. Compared with the two groups, statistical analysis, observation group than the control group (P0.05). (2) before treatment, the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and lumbar function scale score (JOA score) no significant difference (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and lumbar spine function scale (JOA) in the observation group were (5.38 鹵1.47), (25.56 鹵5.27), which were lower than or higher than those in the control group (8.41 鹵2.55). (20.21 鹵4.25), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: conventional comprehensive conservative therapy combined with traditional cupping therapy is more effective than conventional comprehensive conservative therapy in the treatment of cold and wet lumbar disc herniation, which is worth popularizing.
