【摘要】：衛(wèi)氣營(yíng)血辨證揭示了溫病發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律和治療原則。但長(zhǎng)期以來諸多醫(yī)師將衛(wèi)、氣、營(yíng)、血理解為病位的固定更易,且忽視溫病發(fā)展過程中的正邪相爭(zhēng),對(duì)疾病后期的正氣虛衰缺乏足夠重視。嶺南名醫(yī)岑鶴齡結(jié)合現(xiàn)代溫病臨床實(shí)踐,參考溫病發(fā)展過程中的正邪相爭(zhēng)及疾病后期正氣虛衰的普遍現(xiàn)象,提出"犯衛(wèi)""在氣""入血""傷陰""亡陽"的現(xiàn)代溫病辨證綱領(lǐng),其中入血傷陰是熱病證候的分水嶺。針對(duì)其在衛(wèi)者創(chuàng)立青柴靈口服液,為扭轉(zhuǎn)和預(yù)防傷陰、亡陽危候,創(chuàng)立岑氏涼血救陰方。故結(jié)合現(xiàn)代研究進(jìn)展,認(rèn)為岑鶴齡溫病思想較為符合當(dāng)前溫病的發(fā)展規(guī)律,其理法兼?zhèn)?是對(duì)衛(wèi)氣營(yíng)血辨證理論在新時(shí)代背景下的完善,有益于指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代溫病診治,值得進(jìn)一步深入研究。
[Abstract]:The differentiation of qi and blood reveals the general law and treatment principle of febrile disease. But for a long time, many doctors understand Wei, Qi, Ying and blood as the fixation of disease position more easily, and ignore the debate between good and evil in the development of febrile disease, so they do not pay enough attention to the deficiency of qi in the later stage of the disease. In combination with the clinical practice of modern febrile disease, Cen Heling, a famous doctor in Lingnan, referred to the competition between good and evil in the development of febrile disease and the common phenomenon of deficiency of qi in the late stage of the disease. This paper puts forward the dialectical program of modern febrile disease such as "violating Wei", "entering qi", "entering blood", "hurting yin" and "disappearing yang", in which blood injury is the watershed of febrile disease syndrome. In order to reverse and prevent the injury of Yin and the perilous condition of the dead yang, Cen Liangxue was founded to save Yin. Therefore, combined with the development of modern research, it is considered that Cen Heling's thought of febrile disease accords with the development law of febrile disease at present, and that the theory of dialectical differentiation of qi and blood of Wei Qi and Ying is perfect in the new era, which is beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of modern febrile disease. It is worth further study.
