【摘要】：目的:研究小柴胡湯在脂肪性肝病臨床應(yīng)用的文獻(xiàn),運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)方法(包括頻次統(tǒng)計(jì)等)歸納總結(jié)小柴胡湯治療脂肪性肝病的療效,并分析小柴胡湯的藥物加減規(guī)律,為現(xiàn)代臨床治療提供有價(jià)值的理論依據(jù),使小柴胡湯在脂肪性肝病中能夠更靈活、更安全、更有效的發(fā)揮作用。方法:查閱1985年-2015年間的文獻(xiàn),依據(jù)文獻(xiàn)選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決定文獻(xiàn)的納入或排除。歸納總結(jié)小柴胡湯治療脂肪性肝病的療效,并且統(tǒng)計(jì)文獻(xiàn)中使用過的每一種中藥的使用次數(shù),進(jìn)行整合。結(jié)果:使用了小柴胡湯加減的治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。小柴胡湯加減化裁時(shí),活血化瘀、利水滲濕及補(bǔ)虛藥物這3類最常用。結(jié)論:小柴胡湯加減化裁治療脂肪性肝病療效顯著,在臨床運(yùn)用中應(yīng)注重活血化瘀、利水滲濕及補(bǔ)虛藥物這3類藥物的加減應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the literature on clinical application of Xiaochaihu decoction in fatty liver disease, summarize the curative effect of Xiaochaihu decoction on fatty liver disease by using modern scientific methods (including frequency statistics, etc.), and analyze the law of drug addition and subtraction of Xiaochaihu decoction. To provide a valuable theoretical basis for modern clinical treatment, so that Xiaochaihu decoction in fatty liver disease can be more flexible, safer, more effective role. Methods: literature from 1985 to 2015 was reviewed and the inclusion or exclusion was determined according to the selection criteria. Summarize the curative effect of Xiaochaihu decoction in treating fatty liver disease, and integrate the times of each Chinese medicine used in the literature. Results: the therapeutic effect of Xiaocaihu decoction was better than that of control group. Xiaochaihu decoction reduce the chemical cut, promoting blood stasis, water and dampness and tonifying the three most commonly used drugs. Conclusion: Xiaochaihu decoction is effective in the treatment of fatty liver disease. In clinical application, attention should be paid to the addition and subtraction of three kinds of drugs: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting water and infiltrating dampness and tonifying deficiency.
