冠心靜膠囊治療氣虛血瘀型冠心病心絞痛中醫(yī)癥候療效觀察

【摘要】：目的觀察冠心靜膠囊治療氣虛血瘀型冠心病心絞痛的中醫(yī)癥候臨床療效,并對其安全性進(jìn)行評價。方法采用隨機(jī)、雙盲單模擬、陽性藥平行對照的研究方法,將448例氣虛血瘀型冠心病心絞痛病人隨機(jī)分為兩組。試驗(yàn)組336例(冠心靜膠囊,口服,4粒/次,3次/日,早、中、晚服用),對照組112例(參芍膠囊,口服,一次4粒,一日2次,早、晚服用;參芍膠囊模擬劑,口服,一次4粒,一日1次,中午服用)。療程4周,比較兩組中醫(yī)癥候臨床療效,對冠心靜膠囊臨床應(yīng)用的安全性進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組中醫(yī)證候療效,中醫(yī)證候愈顯率、總有效率,中醫(yī)單項(xiàng)癥狀療效(主癥:胸痛、胸悶,次癥:氣短、神疲乏力、心悸)均優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);中醫(yī)單項(xiàng)癥狀(次癥:面色紫暗)與對照組比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組和對照組在試驗(yàn)期間均未發(fā)生不良事件,一般體檢指標(biāo)均未發(fā)現(xiàn)異常。結(jié)論冠心靜膠囊治療氣虛血瘀型冠心病心絞痛中醫(yī)癥候療效顯著,且臨床應(yīng)用安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Guanxinjing capsule on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and blood stasis, and to evaluate its safety. Methods 448 patients with angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups. 336 cases (Guanxinjing capsule, oral, 4 capsules, 3 times a day, morning, middle, late) in the test group, 112 cases in the control group (Shenshao capsule, 4 capsules once a day, 2 times a day, early and late); Shenshao capsule model, oral, 4 tablets once, once a day, take at noon. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of Guanxinjing capsule was evaluated. Results the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the effective rate of TCM syndromes, the total effective rate, and the curative effect of single symptom of TCM (main symptom: chest pain, chest tightness, secondary symptom: shortness of breath, fatigue and palpitation) were better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). TCM single symptoms (secondary symptoms: purple dark face) and control group had no statistical significance (P0.05). There were no adverse events in the treatment group and the control group, and no abnormality was found in the general physical examination. Conclusion Guanxinjing capsule is effective and safe in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and blood stasis.
