【摘要】：目的:查閱文獻(xiàn)找出康復(fù)評(píng)定在推拿治療應(yīng)用中存在的問題,總結(jié)評(píng)定量表促進(jìn)康復(fù)評(píng)定在推拿中的規(guī)范應(yīng)用。方法:通過在CNKI檢索近五年的推拿治療臨床療效的文獻(xiàn),歸納了推拿治療評(píng)價(jià)中存在的問題,整理了推拿治療幾種常見病規(guī)范的康復(fù)評(píng)定量表。結(jié)果:目前推拿療效評(píng)定有些混亂,很多量表使用不規(guī)范。結(jié)論:康復(fù)評(píng)定應(yīng)用于推拿中,不僅可以輔助診斷還能量化療效,但是量表的使用不能生搬硬套,需要找到兩者結(jié)合的契機(jī),康復(fù)與推拿的結(jié)合是一種趨勢(shì),而如何正確規(guī)范地結(jié)合是我們下一步需要研究的問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to find out the problems existing in the application of rehabilitation assessment in massage therapy, and to summarize the standardized application of rehabilitation assessment in massage therapy. Methods: by searching the literature on the clinical efficacy of massage therapy in recent five years in CNKI, the problems existed in the evaluation of massage treatment were summarized, and the rehabilitation assessment scale of several common diseases for massage treatment was arranged. Results: there is some confusion in the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of massage, and many scales are not standardized. Conclusion: the application of rehabilitation assessment in massage can not only assist the diagnosis but also quantify the curative effect. However, the use of the scale can not be applied mechanically, so we need to find the opportunity to combine the two. The combination of rehabilitation and massage is a trend. And how to combine correctly and normatively is the question that we need to study next step.
