耳穴貼壓配合心理療法治療考前緊張綜合征療效觀察

【摘要】:目的:觀察耳穴貼壓配合心理療法治療考前緊張綜合征的療效,評價其安全性,以探討治療考前緊張綜合征的簡便效佳的療法。方法:病例來源為參加2016年研究生入學考試的廣州中醫(yī)藥大學的學生,選取符合診斷標準和納入標準的考生60例,參照隨機數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對照組兩組,每組30例。治療組選取耳穴貼壓心、肝、神門、皮質下和交感,同時配合心理疏導療法;對照組耳穴貼壓時選取接近標準耳穴的非功效耳穴,同時配合心理療法,兩組患者均于考前一周開始分別接受治療,隔日治療1次,共治療3次。采取Sarason考試焦慮量表(TAS)對患者治療前后的療效進行比較以評價治療效果,并運用SPSS22.0軟件對所有數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學的分析和處理。結果:1.兩組患者治療前一般資料對比,如年齡、性別等,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學檢驗,提示兩組患者一般資料具有可比性(P0.05)。2.兩組臨床療效觀察比較,治療組治療后總有效率為86.7%,對照組總有效率為66.7%,兩組比較差別具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。3.兩組治療后TAS評分與同組治療前對照,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);兩組治療前后TAS評分、TAS評分絕對差以及TAS評分相對差,均有顯著差異(P0.05),說明兩組治療均能有效改善考前緊張綜合征的癥狀,治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組。結論:耳穴貼壓配合心理療法可以有效緩解考生考前緊張綜合征的癥狀,且操作簡便,安全省時,無毒副作用,可作為考前緊張綜合征在臨床治療上的優(yōu)選方案之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of auricular plaster and psychotherapy in the treatment of pretest tension syndrome (PSS). Methods: 60 students from Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine, who took part in the 2016 postgraduate entrance examination, were selected and divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). In the treatment group, auricular acupoints were applied to pressing heart, liver, Shenmen, subcortical and sympathetic, and combined with psychological dredging therapy. In the control group, the non-effective auricular points which were close to the standard auricular points were selected when the auricular points were pressed. At the same time, with psychotherapy, the two groups were treated respectively one week before the examination, once every other day, for a total of 3 times. Sarason test anxiety scale (TAS) was used to compare the curative effect of the patients before and after treatment, and SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze and process all the data statistically. The result is 1: 1. Two groups of patients before treatment of general data comparison, such as age, sex, through statistical tests, suggesting that the two groups of patients with comparable general data (P0.05). 2. The total effective rate was 86.7 in the treatment group and 66.7 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The TAS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group before treatment (P0.05). There were significant differences in TAS score, absolute TAS score and TAS score between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05), indicating that the treatment group can effectively improve the symptoms of pre-examination tension syndrome, the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: auricular point sticking and pressing combined with psychotherapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of test takers' pre-examination tension syndrome, and it is easy to operate, safe and time-saving, and has no toxic side effects. It can be used as one of the best treatment schemes in clinical treatment of pre-test tension syndrome.
