【摘要】：慢性腎小球腎炎是指以蛋白尿、血尿、水腫、高血壓為基本臨床表現(xiàn),起病方式各有不同,病情遷延,病勢(shì)進(jìn)展緩慢,并且可有不同程度的腎功能減退,最終將發(fā)展成為慢性腎功能衰竭的一組腎小球疾病。其中,蛋白尿作為其最主要的臨床表現(xiàn),是臨床治療的難點(diǎn)與重點(diǎn)。一方面,蛋白尿的長(zhǎng)期存在表明患者有腎臟的持續(xù)性損害,另一方面,作為一種繼發(fā)性的因素,蛋白尿又可以加重腎臟的損害。因此,要延緩和阻止慢性腎功能衰竭的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,減少蛋白尿的治療就顯得尤為重要。中醫(yī)在此病的治療上具有相當(dāng)大的優(yōu)勢(shì),吾師馬曉燕教授根據(jù)多年的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),依據(jù)中醫(yī)學(xué)的絡(luò)病理論,認(rèn)為腎絡(luò)虧虛與腎絡(luò)阻滯為其基本病機(jī),在治療上采用補(bǔ)腎通絡(luò)之法,重視蟲類藥物在治療絡(luò)病方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)于治療蛋白尿取得了很滿意的效果。
[Abstract]:Chronic glomerulonephritis refers to albuminuria, hematuria, edema and hypertension as the basic clinical manifestations. A group of glomerular diseases that eventually develop into chronic renal failure. Proteinuria, as the most important clinical manifestation, is the difficulty and focus of clinical treatment. On the one hand, the long-term presence of proteinuria indicates that patients have sustained renal damage, on the other hand, as a secondary factor, proteinuria can aggravate renal damage. Therefore, in order to delay and prevent the occurrence and development of chronic renal failure, the treatment of reducing proteinuria is particularly important. Chinese medicine has a considerable advantage in the treatment of this disease. Professor Ma Xiaoyan, my teacher, based on years of clinical experience and the theory of collateral disease in traditional Chinese medicine, thinks that deficiency of kidney and deficiency of kidney collateral block are the basic pathogenesis of the disease, and that the method of tonifying the kidney and dredging collaterals is adopted in the treatment. Pay attention to the advantages of insect drugs in the treatment of collateral disease, for the treatment of proteinuria has achieved a very satisfactory effect.
