【摘要】：目的總結(jié)交感神經(jīng)型頸椎病患者血壓的異常波動(dòng)范圍,觀察開青龍鎖治療交感神經(jīng)型頸椎病患者血壓的變化。方法將90例交感神經(jīng)型頸椎病患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組和空白組,每組30例,試驗(yàn)組采用開青龍鎖治療,對(duì)照組予以口服氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片治療,空白組予以口服淀粉片治療,治療10天后對(duì)比治療前后的血壓波動(dòng)范圍及治療效果。結(jié)果交感神經(jīng)型頸椎病患者收縮壓的主要波動(dòng)區(qū)間由治療前的90~150mm Hg下降至90~130mm Hg,舒張壓的主要波動(dòng)區(qū)間由治療前的60~110mm Hg下降至60~100mm Hg,且試驗(yàn)組降壓療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論開青龍鎖可有效降低交感神經(jīng)型頸椎病所導(dǎo)致的高血壓癥狀,為臨床更好地診斷、區(qū)分頸源性高血壓與原發(fā)性高血壓提供依據(jù),值得臨床進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the abnormal range of blood pressure in patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis and observe the changes of blood pressure in patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis treated with open Azure Dragon. Methods 90 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into three groups: experimental group, control group and blank group with 30 cases in each group. Blank group was treated with oral starch tablets. After 10 days of treatment, the range of blood pressure fluctuation and the therapeutic effect were compared before and after treatment. Results the main fluctuation interval of systolic blood pressure in patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis was decreased from 90~150mm Hg before treatment to 90~130mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure from 60~110mm Hg before treatment to 60~100mm Hg,. The antihypertensive effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion unlocking Azure Dragon can effectively reduce the symptoms of hypertension caused by sympathetic cervical spondylosis, and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and differentiation between cervical hypertension and essential hypertension, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
