【摘要】：目的:本研究比較針刺配合拔罐放血和單純藥物治療風寒型面癱的療效。材料與方法:將診斷為風寒型面癱的患者80例,隨機分為試驗組和對照組兩組,從而進行對比治療,每組40例,對照組采用神經(jīng)內(nèi)科基礎(chǔ)治療,而試驗組在對照組神經(jīng)內(nèi)科基礎(chǔ)治療的基礎(chǔ)上予以針刺配合拔罐放血進行治療,共3個療程。采用House-Brackmann(H-B)面神經(jīng)功能分級標準及評分量表對患者進行評價。結(jié)果:1.試驗組與對照組兩組組間及組內(nèi)治療前后House-Brackmann(H-B)評分比較試驗組與對照組兩組組間在治療前H-B評分經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學比較P0.05,無統(tǒng)計學差異,具有組間可比性;試驗組與對照組兩組治療前和治療后H-B評分比較兩組結(jié)果均P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學意義,說明兩組的治療方法對于面癱的治療上均有療效;而兩組組內(nèi)比較結(jié)果有統(tǒng)計學差異,說明試驗組在療效上明顯優(yōu)于對照組。2.試驗組與對照組兩組組內(nèi)及組間治療前后House-Brackmann(H-B)分級比較試驗組與對照組兩組在治療前H-B分級的組間比較無統(tǒng)計學差異,具有組間可比性;試驗組和對照組在治療前與治療后都有明顯差異(P0.05),說明試驗組與對照組兩組的治療方法對面癱的治療均有療效;而試驗組與對照組兩組組間的H-B分級比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學意義,說明試驗組治療面癱的方法好于對照組。結(jié)論:運用針刺配合拔罐放血治療風寒型面癱的療效明顯優(yōu)于單純西藥治療,療效明確,本療法對面癱患者的癥狀有明顯的改善,提高本病的痊愈率,在臨床治療上值得廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effect of acupuncture combined with cupping and bloodletting on patients with wind-cold facial paralysis. Materials and methods: 80 patients with wind-cold facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with cupping and bleeding on the basis of the basic treatment of neurology in the control group. The patients were evaluated with House-Brackmann (H-B) facial nerve function scale and score scale. The result is 1: 1. Comparison of House-Brackmann (H-B) score before and after treatment between the two groups in the trial group and the control group; the H-B score of the experimental group and the control group was statistically compared before treatment (P0.05), there was no statistical difference between the two groups and there was comparability between the two groups. The scores of H-B before and after treatment in the trial group and the control group were compared with those in the control group (P 0.05), which showed that the treatment methods of the two groups were effective in the treatment of facial paralysis, but there were significant differences in the results between the two groups. It shows that the effect of the test group is obviously better than that of the control group. 2. Comparison of House-Brackmann (H-B) grading before and after treatment between the two groups in the trial group and the control group there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups, and there was comparability between the two groups. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment (P0.05), which indicated that the treatment methods of the experimental group and the control group were effective in the treatment of facial paralysis, while the H-B grade between the test group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The results showed that the treatment of facial paralysis in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: the curative effect of acupuncture combined with cupping and bleeding in treating wind-cold type facial paralysis is better than that of western medicine alone. It is worthy of extensive application in clinical treatment.
