【摘要】：目的:探討鼻咽癌經(jīng)絡虛實特征。方法:在鼻咽癌高發(fā)區(qū)廣東省中山市將57例自然態(tài)鼻咽癌患者作為研究對象,217例健康人群作為對照,采用經(jīng)絡檢測儀對2組人群十二經(jīng)脈特定五輸穴進行檢測,通過檢測生成的能量柱狀圖分析2組人群的經(jīng)絡虛實特征。結果:鼻咽癌與健康人群比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義的經(jīng)絡體現(xiàn)在肝經(jīng)、脾經(jīng)和腎經(jīng),其中肝經(jīng)表現(xiàn)為實證,脾經(jīng)和腎經(jīng)為虛證,而其余9條經(jīng)絡在2組人群間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:鼻咽癌存在著特征性經(jīng)絡改變,表現(xiàn)為肝經(jīng)的實證和脾腎經(jīng)的虛證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics of deficiency and consolidation of channels in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: 57 cases of natural nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 217 healthy people were studied in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, in the high incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). The meridian detector was used to detect 12 specific points of meridian meridians in two groups. The characteristics of meridian virtual reality in two groups were analyzed by detecting the generated energy histogram. Results: there were significant differences between NPC and healthy people in the meridian of liver, spleen and kidney, in which the liver and kidney meridians were positive, and the spleen and kidney meridians were deficiency syndrome. The other 9 meridians had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: there are characteristic meridian changes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which are characterized by liver Meridian and deficiency of spleen and Kidney Meridian.
