【摘要】：目的:觀察隔藥灸臍法與克羅米芬(CC)治療排卵障礙性不孕癥的療效差異。方法:采用雙盲雙模擬的隨機(jī)對(duì)照方法,將40名排卵障礙性不孕癥患者隨機(jī)分為隔藥灸臍組和克羅米芬組,每組20例。對(duì)患者和操作者實(shí)施雙盲。隔藥灸臍組采用隔藥灸臍法和口服CC模擬劑的治療方法,克羅米芬組采用隔模擬劑灸臍法和口服CC的治療方法。隔藥灸臍或隔模擬劑灸臍均在每次月經(jīng)結(jié)束后開(kāi)始治療,每周1次,每次施灸1.5 h,月經(jīng)期不治療;口服CC或CC模擬劑均自月經(jīng)來(lái)潮第5 d起,口服50 mg CC或CC模擬劑,每日1次,連用5 d。1個(gè)月經(jīng)周期為一療程,連續(xù)治療3個(gè)療程。3個(gè)療程后,觀察兩組患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、最大卵泡直徑和排卵率,并比較兩組的臨床療效。結(jié)果:(1)兩組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度治療后均較治療前增厚,治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);治療后,隔藥灸臍組厚于克羅米芬組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)隔藥灸臍組最大卵泡直徑治療后較治療前增大,治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);克羅米芬組最大卵泡直徑治療后較治療前增大,但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后隔藥灸臍組最大卵泡直徑大于克羅米芬組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(3)治療后,兩組排卵率分別為75.0%(15/20)和65.0%(13/20),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(4)隔藥灸臍組總有效率為95.0%(19/20),優(yōu)于克羅米芬組的70.0%(14/20,P0.05)。結(jié)論:隔藥灸臍法較口服CC臨床療效更好,兩組在改善排卵率方面療效相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the difference of therapeutic effect between moxibustion and clomiphene (CC) in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility. Methods: 40 infertile patients with ovulatory disorders were randomly divided into two groups: moxibustion group (n = 20) and clomiphene group (n = 20). Double blindness is applied to patients and operators. Drug separated moxibustion and oral CC analogue were used in moxibustion umbilical group and clomiphene group. Moxibustion and CC were used in clomiphene group. The moxibustion navel or moxibustion omphalus were treated at the end of each menstrual cycle, once a week for 1.5 hours, without treatment during menstrual period. Oral CC or CC mimics were given 50 mg CC or CC analogue from the 5th day of menstrual onset. The endometrial thickness, maximum follicle diameter and ovulation rate of the two groups were observed after 3 courses of treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: (1) the thickness of endometrium in the two groups was thicker than that before and after treatment (P0.05), and after treatment, the thickness of moxibustion group was thicker than that of clomiphene group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (2). The maximum follicle diameter of moxibustion group increased after treatment, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant (P0.05); the maximum follicle diameter of clomiphene group was larger than that before treatment. But the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); after treatment, the maximum follicle diameter of moxibustion group was larger than that of clomiphene group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (3) after treatment, The ovulation rates of the two groups were 75.0% (15 / 20) and 65.0% (13 / 20), respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). (4). The total effective rate of the moxibustion umbilical group was 95.0% (19 / 20), which was better than that of the clomiphene group (70.0%). Conclusion: herbal moxibustion is more effective than oral CC in improving ovulation rate.
