【摘要】：目的:飛經(jīng)走氣是針灸臨床的經(jīng)典針刺手法,本研究通過整理古今文獻(xiàn),繼而分析歸納其操作特點(diǎn)及臨床狀況,為進(jìn)一步的深入研究及臨床應(yīng)用,提供可參考的思路和依據(jù)。方法:應(yīng)用《中華醫(yī)典》、中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、維普(VIP)及萬方等數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集整理古今有關(guān)飛經(jīng)走氣手法的文獻(xiàn)資料,采用文獻(xiàn)學(xué)研究方法,分析源流、操作關(guān)鍵及臨床應(yīng)用等。結(jié)果:1.飛經(jīng)走氣手法出自于古代徐鳳所載之《針灸大全·金針賦》。后世醫(yī)家多遵從之。2.現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)檢測出相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)共108篇,其中理論探討55篇,臨床應(yīng)用53篇。治療疾病以肌肉、關(guān)節(jié)等運(yùn)動系統(tǒng)疾病為主,也可以用于內(nèi)科部分疾病的治療。結(jié)論:1.飛經(jīng)走氣手法首載于《金針賦》。后世基于此多有發(fā)揮。2.現(xiàn)代對于飛經(jīng)走氣手法的研究及應(yīng)用較為局限,缺乏系統(tǒng)深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: Feijing and Qiqi is a classical acupuncture technique in acupuncture and moxibustion clinic. This study analyzed and summarized its operation characteristics and clinical status through sorting out the ancient and modern literature, and provided some references for further research and clinical application. Methods: the database of Chinese Medical Code, (CNKI), Weipu (VIP) and Wanfang were used to collect and sort out the literature data of the ancient and modern literature about the passing of air, and to analyze the origin, the key of operation and the clinical application by using the method of bibliography. The result is 1: 1. Feijing Qiqi technique from ancient Xu Feng's "Acupuncture and moxibustion Daquan Golden Needle Fu". The physicians of later generations obeyed more of them. 2. A total of 108 papers were detected in modern literature, 55 of which were discussed in theory and 53 in clinical application. Treatment of diseases such as muscle, joints and other motor system diseases, can also be used for the treatment of some internal diseases. Conclusion: 1. The flying meridian moves the qi technique first to contain in the gold needle Fu. Later generations based on this much play. 2. The modern research and application of flight-passing-air technique are limited and lack of systematic and deep research.
