【摘要】：目的觀察自擬補(bǔ)腎培元毓麟湯治療子宮內(nèi)膜損傷繼發(fā)性不孕癥患者的臨床療效。方法將97例子宮內(nèi)膜損傷的繼發(fā)性不孕癥患者按其自身意愿分為中藥組51例和對(duì)照組46例,中藥組于月經(jīng)第5天開始給予自擬補(bǔ)腎培元毓麟湯,經(jīng)期停藥;對(duì)照組于月經(jīng)第5天開始口服戊酸雌二醇片,排卵后加服地屈孕酮片,兩組均治療6個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。治療后分別比較兩組患者的6個(gè)月內(nèi)妊娠率和妊娠者20周時(shí)的通過(guò)率及妊娠結(jié)局,對(duì)于未妊娠患者比較其子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、月經(jīng)量的改變及臨床總有效率。結(jié)果中藥組患者6個(gè)月內(nèi)妊娠率為54.17%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的30.77%,且保胎至孕20周通過(guò)率為92.31%明顯高于對(duì)照組的58.33%(P0.05)。兩組患者治療后均較治療前的月經(jīng)量增多、子宮內(nèi)膜增厚,且中藥組月經(jīng)量改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05或P0.01)。中藥組的總有效率為93.75%,優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的74.31%(P0.05)。結(jié)論補(bǔ)腎培元毓麟湯對(duì)于提高子宮內(nèi)膜損傷的繼發(fā)性不孕癥患者的妊娠率有較好的療效,并且可改善此類患者的月經(jīng)量及子宮內(nèi)膜厚度。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Bushen Peiyuan Yulin decoction in treating infertility secondary to endometrial injury. Methods 97 cases of secondary infertility with endometrial injury were divided into Chinese medicine group (51 cases) and control group (46 cases) according to their own wishes. The control group began to take estradiol valerate tablets on the 5th day of menstruation, then ovulated with diproprogesterone tablets. Both groups were treated for 6 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the pregnancy rate within 6 months and the pregnancy outcome at 20 weeks were compared between the two groups, and the endometrial thickness, menstrual volume and the total clinical effective rate were compared for the patients without pregnancy. Results the pregnancy rate in the Chinese medicine group was 54.17, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (30.77%), and the pass rate from fetal protection to 20 weeks gestation was 92.31%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (58.33%) (P0.05). After treatment, the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups were increased, and the improvement degree of menstrual volume in the Chinese medicine group was better than that in the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). The total effective rate of TCM group was 93.75, which was better than that of control group (74.31%, P0.05). Conclusion Bushen Peiyuan Yulin decoction has a good effect on improving the pregnancy rate of patients with secondary infertility with endometrial injury, and can improve the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of these patients.
