【摘要】：目的研究穴位貼敷聯(lián)合黃芪建中湯加味對(duì)脾胃虛寒型慢性淺表性胃炎患者胃脘疼痛的改善及預(yù)后。方法脾胃虛寒型慢性淺表性胃炎患者122例隨機(jī)分組,各61例。對(duì)照組給予奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊,研究組給予穴位貼敷+黃芪建中湯加味,兩組均治療2個(gè)療程。對(duì)比臨床療效、胃脘疼痛程度,3個(gè)月后隨訪其胃脘痛復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果研究組治療有效率91.80%高于對(duì)照組73.77%(P0.05);治療前兩組胃脘疼痛評(píng)分無差異(P0.05),治療7、14 d后研究組胃脘疼痛評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);3個(gè)月后隨訪,研究組胃脘痛復(fù)發(fā)率1.63%低于對(duì)照組13.11%(χ~2=4.318,P0.05)。結(jié)論穴位貼敷聯(lián)合黃芪建中湯加味可明顯改善脾胃虛寒型慢性淺表性胃炎患者胃脘疼痛癥狀及預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of acupoint application combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on epigastric pain in patients with chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods 122 cases of chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into 61 cases each. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric capsule and the study group with Astragalus Jianzhong decoction. The clinical effect and the degree of epigastric pain were compared, and the recurrence rate of epigastric pain was followed up for 3 months. Results the effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.80% higher than that in the control group 73.77% (P0.05), the scores of epigastric pain in the two groups were not different before treatment (P0.05), the scores of epigastric pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 7d of treatment (P0.05), and the recurrence rate of epigastric pain in the study group was 1.63% lower than that in the control group (13.11%). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and prognosis of epigastric pain in patients with chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach.
