【摘要】：目的觀察木香順氣丸對(duì)尿毒癥前期患者消化功能紊亂的影響并探討其機(jī)制。方法將40例具有消化道癥狀的尿毒癥前期患者隨機(jī)分為木香順氣組和莫沙必利組,每組20例,另選取20名體檢正常人員作為對(duì)照組。木香順氣組口服木香順氣丸每次6 g,每天3次,餐后30 min服用。莫沙必利組口服枸櫞酸莫沙必利片,每次5 mg,每天3次,餐前30 min服用。療程為4周。觀察患者臨床療效、監(jiān)測(cè)胃電圖、血清胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃動(dòng)素(motilin,MTL)、安全性及復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果木香順氣組總有效率及復(fù)發(fā)率為90%(18/20)和15%(3/20),莫沙必利組為60%(12/20)和45%(9/20),木香順氣組均優(yōu)于莫沙必利組(χ~2=4.8,P=0.025;χ~2=4.29,P=0.025)。治療后,與本組治療前比較,木香順氣組和莫沙必利組的正常節(jié)律百分比升高,胃動(dòng)過緩率降低,血清GAS及MTL含量升高(P0.05,P0.01);與莫沙必利組比較,木香順氣組胃動(dòng)過緩率降低明顯,血清GAS及MTL含量升高(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論木香順氣丸能有效改善尿毒癥前期患者消化功能紊亂,其作用機(jī)制可能是通過促進(jìn)患者胃腸動(dòng)力、調(diào)控血清胃腸激素水平,從而改善消化功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Mu Xiang Shun Qi Pill on digestive dysfunction in patients with uremia and to explore its mechanism. Methods 40 pre-uremic patients with digestive tract symptoms were randomly divided into two groups: Musapride group (n = 20) and Musapride group (n = 20). Muxiang Shunqi group was treated with Muxiang Shunqi pills for 6 g, 3 times a day, 30 min after meal. Mosapride group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets 3 times a day for 5 mg, 30 min before meal. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy, electrogastrogram, serum gastrin (gastrin,GAS), motilin (motilin,MTL), safety and recurrence rate were observed. Results the total effective rate and recurrence rate of Musapride group were 90% (18 / 20) and 15% (3 / 20), and those of mosapride group were 60% (12 / 20) and 45% (9 / 20). After treatment, the percentage of normal rhythm increased, the rate of gastric motility was decreased, the contents of GAS and MTL in serum were increased (P0.05, P0.01), and the rate of gastric motility was significantly decreased in Mushan Shunqi group and mosapride group, compared with mosapride group, the percentage of normal rhythm was increased, the rate of gastric motility was decreased, and the contents of serum GAS and MTL were increased (P0.05, P0.01), compared with that of mosapride group. The levels of serum GAS and MTL were increased (P0.05, P0.01). Conclusion Muxiangshunqi pills can effectively improve digestive dysfunction in patients with uremia, and its mechanism may be to improve digestive function by promoting gastrointestinal motility and regulating serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones.
