【摘要】：目的:對(duì)黃體功能不足性月經(jīng)失調(diào)者應(yīng)用滋腎調(diào)沖湯和針灸聯(lián)合治療的中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分、月經(jīng)及高溫相評(píng)分(high phase score,HPS)情況進(jìn)行分析。方法:分析2015年7月至2016年7月已選取的70例黃體功能不足性月經(jīng)失調(diào)患者資料,依據(jù)臨床所選擇的不同治療方案分成對(duì)照組(35例)及觀察組(35例),對(duì)照組患者借助西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,觀察組患者借助滋腎調(diào)沖湯和針灸聯(lián)合治療,觀察并比較兩組具體治療情況。結(jié)果:觀察組治療后中醫(yī)癥狀總評(píng)分比對(duì)照組低;觀察組及對(duì)照組月經(jīng)提前日數(shù)均比治療前縮短,兩者黃體中期P值均比治療前升高;觀察組及對(duì)照組HPS評(píng)分、高低溫相溫差在治療后均顯著升高,且觀察組對(duì)比對(duì)照組升高明顯,比較差異均具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:滋腎調(diào)沖湯和針灸聯(lián)合治療方案應(yīng)用于黃體功能不足性月經(jīng)失調(diào)患者中,能夠促進(jìn)患者臨床癥狀改善,使月經(jīng)期逐漸恢復(fù)正常,且延長(zhǎng)經(jīng)前高低溫相溫差,療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the TCM symptom score, menstrual and hyperthermia score (high phase score,HPS) of patients with luteal insufficiency menstrual disorder treated with Zishen Tiaochong decoction and acupuncture. Methods: the data of 70 cases of luteal insufficiency menstrual disorders selected from July 2015 to July 2016 were analyzed. According to the different treatment schemes, the patients in the control group were divided into control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of Zishen Tiaochong decoction and acupuncture. The specific treatment conditions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the number of early menstrual days in the observation group and control group was shorter than that before treatment, the P value in the middle luteal phase of both groups was higher than that before treatment, the HPS score in the observation group and the control group was higher than that before treatment. The temperature difference of high and low temperature phase was significantly increased after treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: the combination of Zishen Tiaochong decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with luteal insufficiency menstrual disorders can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, make menstrual period gradually return to normal, and prolong the premenstrual temperature difference of high and hypothermia, and the curative effect is remarkable.
