【摘要】：《證論精微》是清初名醫(yī)馬元儀所著的醫(yī)論類著作,現(xiàn)僅存的民國抄本藏于上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)圖書館。全書1卷,載醫(yī)論33篇,擷取歷家精華,結(jié)合其50余年臨證經(jīng)驗求精啟微,從病因脈證、治法方藥等方面逐一闡釋。《證論精微》重視病源病機的分析,理法有度、穩(wěn)中求新,診治閉結(jié)、咳嗽、腰痛、健忘等病證均有獨到見解,對于當今中醫(yī)臨床仍具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)價值。
[Abstract]:It is a kind of medical works written by Ma Yuanyi, a famous doctor in the early Qing Dynasty. The only copy of the Republic of China is in the library of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese Medicine.
