隔藥灸臍療法治療女性壓力性尿失禁（腎氣不固型）的臨床研究

【摘要】：目的:觀察并記錄隔藥灸臍療法治療女性壓力性尿失禁的臨床療效,比較分析治療前后患者的尿失禁改善情況,簡要探討其防治壓力性尿失禁的機(jī)理,為臨床治療本病提供新的思路和有效的方法,以豐富臨床治療。方法:隨機(jī)分組篩選的60例患者,治療組和對照組各30例,治療組采用隔藥灸臍療法治療,對照組采用常規(guī)針刺治療。比較治療前后患者的觀察指標(biāo)(主觀尿失禁等級評分及1小時尿墊試驗)。結(jié)果:1.兩組臨床療效比較:治療組總有效率為93.33%;對照組總有效率為86.67%。兩者比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.兩組主觀等級評分比較:治療后兩組患者主觀等級評分明顯降低(P0.01),兩組間比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。3.兩組1小時尿墊試驗比較:治療后兩組患者試驗數(shù)據(jù)均明顯降低(P0.01),兩組間比較無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:隔藥灸臍可明顯緩解尿失禁情況,是治療女性壓力性尿失禁的安全有效簡便方法,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and record the clinical effect of moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion on female stress urinary incontinence, compare and analyze the improvement of urinary incontinence before and after treatment, and discuss the mechanism of prevention and treatment of stress urinary incontinence. To provide new ideas and effective methods for clinical treatment of this disease, in order to enrich the clinical treatment. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and umbilical moxibustion and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. The observation indexes (subjective urinary incontinence grade score and 1 hour urine pad test) were compared before and after treatment. The result is 1: 1. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate was 93.33 in the treatment group and 86.67 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two (P0.05). 2. Comparison of subjective scores between the two groups: after treatment, the subjective scores of the two groups decreased significantly (P0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). 3. Comparison of one-hour urine pad test between the two groups: after treatment, the data of the two groups were significantly decreased (P0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: moxibustion with herbs separated can obviously relieve urinary incontinence and is a safe, effective and simple method for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
