【摘要】：目的:完全體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)藥治療的特色,通過(guò)對(duì)針刺聯(lián)合健脾疏肝方治療糖尿病胃輕癱(肝郁脾虛證)的臨床治療效果及安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),為針刺聯(lián)合中藥治療糖尿病胃輕癱的臨床推廣提供了可行性依據(jù)。方法:在吉林省中醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科療區(qū)及門(mén)診內(nèi)符合糖尿病胃輕癱診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者中,篩選出符合本試驗(yàn)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者60例,將其隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(30例)和治療組(30例)。在基礎(chǔ)降血糖治療的基礎(chǔ)上,治療組給予針刺聯(lián)合中藥口服進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)照組則給予多潘立酮片口服治療,1療程(4周)后觀察治療效果。分別監(jiān)測(cè)全部受試者治療前后的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀、相關(guān)理化檢查改善情況,記錄并統(tǒng)計(jì)、評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過(guò)臨床觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)過(guò)1療程的治療兩組患者的胃排空率、中醫(yī)臨床癥狀等均較治療前改善(P0.05)。其中,治療組患者胃排空率及臨床證候表現(xiàn)等方面效果更為顯著(P0.01)。臨床總有效率分別是,治療組86.67%,對(duì)照組63.33%。提示針刺與中藥聯(lián)合治療DGP在臨床上有著顯著療效。結(jié)論:針刺聯(lián)合健脾疏肝方治療糖尿病胃輕癱(肝郁脾虛證)效果確切,無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。說(shuō)明針?biāo)幝?lián)合療法可以有效縮短患者胃排空時(shí)間、明顯緩解患者臨床癥狀,值得深入研究及推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with Jianpi Shugan recipe in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome). It provides a feasible basis for the clinical application of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic gastroparesis were selected and randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). On the basis of the basic hypoglycemic therapy, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally, while the control group was treated with domperidone tablets for a course of 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were monitored before and after treatment, and the improvement of physical and chemical examination were recorded, recorded and evaluated. Results: after one course of treatment, the gastric emptying rate and clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment (P0.05). In the treatment group, the gastric emptying rate and clinical symptoms were more significant (P0.01). The total clinical effective rates were 86.67 in the treatment group and 63.33 in the control group. The results suggest that acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of DGP. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with Jianpi Shugan recipe is effective in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) without obvious adverse reactions. It shows that combined acupuncture and medicine therapy can effectively shorten the time of gastric emptying and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, which is worthy of further study and popularization.
