【摘要】：正血證是臨床常見疾病,歷代醫(yī)家辨治經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富,清代唐容川《血證論》提出的止血、消瘀、寧血、補(bǔ)虛仍是當(dāng)今治血應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的四原則。筆者研究生導(dǎo)師林平主任醫(yī)師是福建中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)中醫(yī)學(xué)院院長、附屬第二人民醫(yī)院脾胃病科主任醫(yī)師,在中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、三級綜合性醫(yī)院、中醫(yī)院和急救中心從事臨床、科研、教學(xué)及管理工作30余年,在學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)歷代醫(yī)家對血證認(rèn)識基礎(chǔ)上,強(qiáng)調(diào)治火、治氣、治血是中醫(yī)辨治血證的三
[Abstract]:Zhengxue syndrome is a common clinical disease. Doctors in past dynasties have rich experience in differentiation and treatment. The four principles of hemostasis elimination blood stasis tonifying and deficiency are still four principles to be followed in the treatment of blood in Tang Rong Chuan in Qing Dynasty. The author's tutor, Chief physician Lin Ping, is the dean of the College of traditional Chinese Medicine of Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the chief physician of the Department of spleen and stomach Diseases of the second people's Hospital. He is engaged in clinical and scientific research in the University of traditional Chinese Medicine, the tertiary general hospital, the Chinese medicine hospital and the emergency center. Teaching and management work for more than 30 years, on the basis of learning and summing up the doctors' understanding of blood syndrome, emphasizing the treatment of fire, qi and blood is the three types of TCM differentiation and treatment of blood syndrome.
