【摘要】：介紹陳秀華教授中醫(yī)針灸等外治法干預(yù)治療特應(yīng)性皮炎(AD)的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在陳達(dá)燦教授培土清心理論基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)疾病分期及皮損特點(diǎn),辨證論治,選用中脘、大橫、水分、天樞、內(nèi)關(guān)、曲池等健脾、清心火之穴位,取穴精煉;在促進(jìn)皮損修復(fù)方面,中西結(jié)合、中藥內(nèi)外合治,合理選用外用藥膏;根據(jù)中醫(yī)臟腑論治理論,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代免疫學(xué)機(jī)制,配合選用集針刺、放血、穴位注射于一體的綜合療法,刺激機(jī)體的非特異性免疫反應(yīng),并增強(qiáng)穴位刺激效能;采用廣西壯醫(yī)藥線對(duì)受損皮膚進(jìn)行點(diǎn)灸,以快速止癢、收斂瘡口、修復(fù)皮損。
[Abstract]:The clinical experience of professor Chen Xiuhua in treating atopic dermatitis with external therapy such as acupuncture and moxibustion is introduced. On the basis of Professor Chen Dacan's theory of clean heart, according to the stage of disease and the characteristics of skin lesions, we select Zhongwan, Da Wang, water, Tianshu, Neiguan, Quchi and other points to strengthen the spleen, clear the heart and fire the acupoints and take the acupoints to be refined according to the stages of the disease and the characteristics of the skin lesions. In promoting the repair of skin lesions, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, rational selection of external ointment; according to the theory of TCM zang-fu organs treatment, combined with modern immunological mechanisms, combined with the selection of acupuncture, bloodletting, acupoint injection in one of the comprehensive treatment, The non-specific immune response of the body was stimulated and the stimulating effect of acupoint was enhanced. Guangxi Zhuang medical line was used to moxibustion the damaged skin so as to stop itching quickly, converge the sores and repair the skin lesions.
