【摘要】：汪受傳認(rèn)為,伏風(fēng)內(nèi)潛、外風(fēng)引發(fā)、瘀熱傷絡(luò)為小兒過敏性紫癜的病機(jī)關(guān)鍵,清熱消風(fēng)、活血化瘀法貫穿治療始終。小兒過敏性紫癜可分為急性發(fā)作期、臨床緩解期和慢性遷延期三期治療,急性發(fā)作期根據(jù)患兒風(fēng)、熱、濕邪的偏重程度分別予以祛風(fēng)清熱、清熱涼血、清熱燥濕法;臨床緩解期以益氣養(yǎng)陰、活血散瘀為主;慢性遷延期以扶正氣為主,以御外風(fēng)、抑伏風(fēng)防其再發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Wang Chengchuan believed that the entrainment of the voluminous wind, the external wind induced, the blood stasis and heat injury collateral is the key to the pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children, clearing away heat and eliminating wind, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout the treatment. Children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura can be divided into three stages: acute attack, clinical remission and chronic delay. According to the degree of bias of wind, heat and dampness, the acute attack period is treated with the methods of dispelling wind and clearing heat, clearing away heat and cooling blood, and clearing heat and dampness. The clinical remission period is to invigorate qi and nourish yin, promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis; in chronic prolonging period, it is mainly to support qi, to resist external wind, and to suppress wind to prevent its recurrence.
