【摘要】：目的:觀察川芎清腦顆粒治療偏頭痛(風(fēng)濕蒙蔽,瘀血阻滯證)臨床療效特點(diǎn)。方法:采用自身對(duì)照的臨床研究方法,療程為2周,停藥后隨訪2個(gè)月。川芎清腦顆粒由濟(jì)川藥業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司提供(國藥準(zhǔn)字Z20060177),10g/袋。用法:沖服,1袋/次,每日3次。觀察川芎清腦顆粒治療偏頭痛(風(fēng)濕蒙蔽,瘀血阻滯證)患者的發(fā)作次數(shù),頭痛發(fā)作程度,中醫(yī)癥狀等方面的改善情況。結(jié)果:本研究納入60例偏頭痛患者,有效病例57例。經(jīng)過川芎清腦顆粒治療2周后,頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù)明顯減少,治療2周分別與治療1周和治療前比較(P0.05),頭痛發(fā)作程度(VAS評(píng)分)及頭痛發(fā)作天數(shù)均低于治療前水平,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);評(píng)價(jià)期內(nèi)平均藥物起效時(shí)間為3.285小時(shí),在治療的第5天起,服藥后累計(jì)起效百分比50%。患者服用止痛藥次數(shù)減少,治療第2周患者服用止痛藥次數(shù)低于治療第1周(P=0.0460.05)。中醫(yī)癥狀得到明顯改善,治療2周與治療前比較分析顯示:患者各項(xiàng)中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分前后改善差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。中醫(yī)癥狀總計(jì)分前后改善差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。隨訪期內(nèi),患者中醫(yī)癥狀量表總體療效分析,治療2周有效率高于治療1周,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.0430.05)。結(jié)論:川芎清腦顆粒可顯著減輕患者頭痛發(fā)作程度,減少頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù),改善中醫(yī)癥狀,且無明顯不良反應(yīng),安全性好,值得在臨床中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanxiong Qingnao granule in treating migraine. Methods: a self-controlled clinical study was carried out for 2 weeks, followed up for 2 months. Chuanxiong Qingnao granule is supplied by Jichuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Z20060177) 10 g / bag. Usage: 1 bag / time, 3 times a day. To observe the effect of Chuanxiong Qingnao granule on the treatment of migraine (rheumatism masking, blood stasis block) patients' attack times, the degree of headache attack, the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and so on. Results: 60 migraine patients and 57 effective cases were included in this study. After being treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granule for 2 weeks, the frequency of headache attack was significantly reduced, the two weeks of treatment were compared with the treatment of 1 week and before treatment (P0.05), the degree of headache attack (VAS score) and the days of headache attack were lower than those before treatment. And the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the average effective time was 3.285 hours in the evaluation period, and the cumulative effective percentage was 50% after the treatment on the 5th day. The number of analgesics was lower in the second week than that in the first week (P0.0460.05). Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were significantly improved, compared with the treatment before 2 weeks analysis showed that: patients before and after the improvement of TCM symptoms were statistically significant (P0.05). There was significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptom before and after the total score (P0.05). During the follow-up period, the total curative effect of TCM symptom scale was higher in 2 weeks than that in 1 week, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 043. 05). Conclusion: Chuanxiong Qingnao granule can significantly reduce the degree of headache attack, reduce the number of headache attacks, improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, no obvious adverse reactions, good safety, worthy of clinical promotion.
