【摘要】：近年來,隨著環(huán)境污染、社會壓力、飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的變化及結(jié)核耐藥、耐多藥的形成,結(jié)核病仍然是威脅人們身心健康的重大疾病之一。尤其頸淋巴結(jié)結(jié)核占體表淋巴結(jié)結(jié)核首位,不可輕視,其具有病程長、易破潰不易愈合的特點(diǎn),遂成頑疾,不容忽視。文章結(jié)合驗(yàn)案從病因病機(jī),辨證論治,治外必本于內(nèi),內(nèi)治顧護(hù)脾胃,中西藥并用內(nèi)外合治,善于外用丹劑收口,注重飲食、起居、護(hù)養(yǎng)等方面總結(jié)唐漢鈞教授治療頸淋巴結(jié)結(jié)核經(jīng)驗(yàn),旨在體現(xiàn)其中醫(yī)診療辨證思維,用藥精確,用量得當(dāng)及個體化治療精準(zhǔn)之學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)臨證思想。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with environmental pollution, social pressure, changes in dietary structure and tuberculosis resistance, the formation of multi-drug resistance, tuberculosis is still one of the major diseases threatening people's physical and mental health. Especially, cervical lymph node tuberculosis is the most important tuberculosis of body surface lymph nodes. It has the characteristics of long course of disease, easy to break and difficult to heal, so it becomes a stubborn disease, which can not be ignored. This article combines the examination of cases from the etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs, treatment must be in the internal, internal treatment care to protect the spleen and stomach, Chinese and western medicine and internal and external combination treatment, good at external use of salvia, pay attention to diet, living, Professor Tang Han-jun 's experience in the treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis was summarized in the aspects of nursing and nursing. The purpose was to reflect his academic experience in diagnosis and treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis, the thinking of TCM diagnosis and treatment, the accurate use of drugs, the appropriate dosage and the precise individualized treatment.
