【摘要】：目的:探究冠心病危險(xiǎn)因素與中醫(yī)證型之間的關(guān)系。方法:選取新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬中醫(yī)醫(yī)院心內(nèi)可自2014年10月至2016年3月分經(jīng)完善冠脈CTA或冠脈造影明確診斷為冠心病或有血運(yùn)重建病史的患者,詳細(xì)記錄冠心病傳統(tǒng)與非傳統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)因素信息,第一步分析證型分布情況,第二步對(duì)比分析冠心病危險(xiǎn)因素與中醫(yī)證型之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:1、CHD患者中醫(yī)證型分布的比例從高到低依次為穢濁痰阻證(32.0%)、氣虛血瘀證(28.0%)、氣陰兩虛證(22.5%)、氣滯血瘀證(10.6%)、寒凝心脈證(4.5%)、陽(yáng)氣虛衰證(2.4%)。2、冠心病患者的中醫(yī)證型在不同性別組、有無(wú)血運(yùn)重建病史組的分布不同;3、冠心病的部分傳統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)因素(肥胖、吸煙、高血壓、糖尿病、血脂代謝紊亂)以及冠心病的非傳統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)因素(TG、TC、LDL-C、UA、hs-C、Hcy、Fib、cIMT)均與中醫(yī)證型關(guān)系密切。結(jié)論:冠心病危險(xiǎn)因素與中醫(yī)證型存在一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) and TCM syndromes. Methods: from October 2014 to March 2016, patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) or coronary artery angiography (CAG) were selected from the affiliated TCM Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease or had a history of revascularization from October 2014 to March 2016. The information of traditional and non-traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease was recorded in detail. The first step was to analyze the distribution of syndromes and the second step was to compare the relationship between coronary heart disease risk factors and TCM syndromes. Results the distribution of TCM syndromes in the patients with CHD from high to low were as follows: phlegm obstruction syndrome (32.0%), qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (28.0%), deficiency of qi and yin syndrome (22.5%), stagnation of qi and blood stasis syndrome (10.6%), cold coagulation of heart vein syndrome (4.5%), Yang Qi deficiency and failure syndrome (2.4%) .2.The TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease patients were different sex groups. Some traditional risk factors (obesity, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia) and non-traditional risk factors (TG,TC,LDL-C,UA,hs-C,Hcy,Fib,cIMT) of coronary heart disease (CHD) were closely related to TCM syndromes. Conclusion: the risk factors of coronary heart disease have certain correlation with TCM syndrome type.
