【摘要】：目的:觀察健脾降糖湯治療肥胖型2型糖尿病痰瘀氣虛證的臨床療效。方法:136例肥胖型2型糖尿病痰瘀氣虛證患者隨機(jī)分為對照組68例,觀察組68例。對照組患者采用常規(guī)西藥治療,觀察組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用健脾降糖湯治療。比較兩組治療前后糖化血紅蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)、餐后2小時(shí)血糖(2 hours postprandial blood glucose,2h PG)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、總膽固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)水平、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)及臨床癥狀的變化情況,并評價(jià)兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果:觀察組有率為94.12%(64/68),明顯高于對照組80.88%(55/68),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與治療前比較,治療后兩組患者Hb A1c、2h PG、FPG、TG、TC水平、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)及中醫(yī)證候積分均顯著降低;且觀察組各項(xiàng)觀察指標(biāo)顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:健脾降糖湯治療肥胖型2型糖尿病痰瘀氣虛證患者臨床療效顯著,可緩解臨床癥狀,改善血糖、血脂水平,降低體質(zhì)量指數(shù),提高生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Jiangtang decoction in treating obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of phlegm and qi. Methods 136 cases of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group (n = 68) and observation group (n = 68). The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Jianpi Jiangtang decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin (glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c), 2 hours postprandial blood glucose,2h PG), triglyceride (triglyceride,TG), fasting blood glucose (fasting plasma glucose,FPG), total cholesterol (Total cholesterol,TC), body mass index (BMI) and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: the rate of the observation group was 94.12% (64 / 68), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.88% (55 / 68), P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of Hb A1cU 2 h PG,FPG,TG,TC, body mass index and TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the observed indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Jiangtang decoction is effective in treating obese type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of phlegm and blood stasis qi, which can relieve clinical symptoms, improve blood glucose, blood lipid level, decrease body mass index and improve quality of life.
