【摘要】：痔病是一種最常見的肛腸疾病,其無痛治療正成為肛腸科醫(yī)生研究的重點(diǎn),文章總結(jié)了田振國教授痔病無痛治療的新理念及經(jīng)驗(yàn)。田教授認(rèn)為痔病的無痛治療不是某種微創(chuàng)術(shù)式,也不是術(shù)后某種具體鎮(zhèn)痛藥物,而是貫穿于整個治療過程中的一系列方法。完善的術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備及完美的微創(chuàng)手術(shù)是痔病全程無痛治療的基礎(chǔ),術(shù)后無痛治療則是重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),目標(biāo)是通過減輕術(shù)后排便及換藥時(shí)的疼痛,達(dá)到患者可以忍受或相對舒適的水平,而非絕對無痛。
[Abstract]:Hemorrhoids is one of the most common anorectal diseases. The painless treatment of hemorrhoids is becoming the focus of anorectal doctors. This paper summarizes the new ideas and experiences of Professor Tian Zhenguo in the painless treatment of hemorrhoids. Professor Tian believes that painless treatment for hemorrhoids is not a minimally invasive procedure, nor a specific analgesic after surgery, but a series of methods throughout the course of treatment. Perfect preoperative preparation and perfect minimally invasive surgery are the basis for painless treatment of hemorrhoids, while painless treatment after operation is the focus and difficulty. The goal is to relieve the pain of defecation and dressing change after operation. Reach a level of patient tolerance or relative comfort rather than absolute painlessness.
