《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中“神”的內(nèi)涵及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:研究目的:討論《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中“神”的內(nèi)涵及其應(yīng)用。研究方法:采用文獻(xiàn)梳理以及理論研究的方法對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》之“神”內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行溯源、考釋,并對(duì)“神”的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行考究。研究成果:1.從“神”之寫形以及后世對(duì)“神”之釋義,可知:“神”本字為“申”,本義應(yīng)為自然閃電;“示”與“申”構(gòu)成“神”字,其內(nèi)涵有神性和哲學(xué)性兩種傾向。2.不同社會(huì)背景下,“神”內(nèi)涵經(jīng)歷了由神性之“神”到哲學(xué)之“神”,再到醫(yī)學(xué)之“神”的轉(zhuǎn)變,儒道之學(xué)對(duì)其轉(zhuǎn)變起關(guān)鍵性作用,《內(nèi)經(jīng)》將“神”引入醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,并確定了“神”的實(shí)在性。3.對(duì)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》之“神”內(nèi)涵梳理,進(jìn)一步對(duì)“神”與生命基本要素以及五臟關(guān)系分析后,提出:《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中人體之“神”核心內(nèi)涵為生命活動(dòng)規(guī)律,是以精氣血津液等精微物質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ),基于臟腑功能活動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)上自然發(fā)生的生命活動(dòng)規(guī)律,同時(shí),“神”是人區(qū)別于其他物種的特有的生命現(xiàn)象,故《內(nèi)經(jīng)》非常重視“神”,中醫(yī)治療疾病時(shí)以“神”為核心。4.《內(nèi)經(jīng)》通過“神”來構(gòu)建其生命觀:以“神”之有無探討生命之終始,以“神”形合一說明生命之結(jié)構(gòu),以“神”氣互用闡釋生命之運(yùn)動(dòng),以“神”之表象表達(dá)生命狀態(tài)。5.哲學(xué)之“神”揭示了物“象”變化背后的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,中醫(yī)之“神”反映的是生命活動(dòng)之象變化的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,“神”被用于闡釋人體生命規(guī)律。6.以“神”建立中醫(yī)防治之理念:“神”是人體內(nèi)在臟腑的自我調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,“神”調(diào)不能是疾病發(fā)生的根本原因,疾病彰顯于“神”的異常,“神不使”是治療無效的原由,使“神”應(yīng)是中醫(yī)防治疾病之關(guān)鍵。研究結(jié)論:《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中人體之“神”核心內(nèi)涵是生命活動(dòng)規(guī)律;“神”被用于構(gòu)建生命觀、闡釋生命規(guī)律以及中醫(yī)防治疾病等命題;《內(nèi)經(jīng)》對(duì)“神”的應(yīng)用和重視揭示了中醫(yī)理論體系特征,昭示了中醫(yī)順其自然、以人為本、重視時(shí)間、關(guān)注氣化的思維方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to discuss the connotation and application of "God" in Internal Classic. Research methods: by means of literature combing and theoretical research, the connotation of "God" in the Internal Classic was traced and explained, and the application of "God" was studied. Research results: 1. From the writing form of "God" and the interpretation of "God" from later generations, we can know that the word "God" is "Shen", the original meaning should be "natural lightning", "show" and "Shen" constitute the word "God", its connotation has two tendencies of divinity and philosophy. In different social backgrounds, the connotation of "God" experienced the transformation from "God" of divinity to "God" of philosophy and then to "God" of medicine. Confucianism and Taoism played a key role in the transformation, and "God" was introduced into the field of medicine. And determined the "God" of the reality. After combing the connotation of "God" in the Internal Classic, and further analyzing the relationship between "God" and the basic elements of life and the five internal organs, it is pointed out that the core connotation of "God" in the "Inner Classic" is the law of life activity. It is based on essence, qi, blood, body fluid and other fine substances, and on the basis of the function of the viscera. At the same time, "God" is a unique life phenomenon that distinguishes man from other species. Therefore, the "Internal Classic" attaches great importance to "God". The Internal Classic constructs its view of life through "God": to explore the end of life with the existence of "God", to explain the structure of life with the form of "God", and to explain the movement of life with the mutual use of "God" and Qi. Express the state of life with the appearance of God. The "God" of philosophy reveals the internal mechanism behind the change of the "image" of things, the "God" of TCM reflects the internal mechanism of the change of the image of life activity, and "God" is used to explain the law of human life. Using "God" to establish the concept of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and cure: "God" is the self-regulating mechanism in the internal organs of the human body, "God" regulation cannot be the fundamental cause of disease, disease is manifested in the abnormality of "God", "God does not make" is the original reason of ineffective treatment. Making "God" should be the key to prevent and cure diseases in TCM. The conclusion of the study is that the core connotation of "God" in the Inner Classic is the law of life activity, and that "God" is used to construct the view of life. The application of the Internal Classic to "God" and the importance attached to the application of "God" revealed the characteristics of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which revealed the thinking mode of letting the nature go by, putting people first, attaching importance to time and paying attention to gasification.
