【摘要】：目的：探討針灸療法配合前交叉韌帶損傷關(guān)節(jié)鏡下重建術(shù)后康復(fù)治療的臨床療效。方法：選取2014年9月-2017年1月期間,遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨傷二科收治的60例前交叉韌帶損傷且經(jīng)膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡下重建治療的患者,采用拋硬幣法隨機(jī)分為：對(duì)照組30例,男性17例,女性13例,年齡20歲-60歲,平均年齡37.13歲,術(shù)后采用常規(guī)康復(fù)治療方案;治療組30例,其中男性20例,女性10例,年齡20歲-60歲,平均年齡37.80歲,術(shù)后在對(duì)照組康復(fù)治療的基礎(chǔ)上配合針刺治療。觀測(cè)兩組患者術(shù)后第2、4、6、8、10、12、14天患側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度,以及兩組患者患肢膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹程度、VAS評(píng)分及有效率的評(píng)價(jià),并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：1兩組患者在年齡、性別、體重、病程等一般情況方面比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2兩組患者在術(shù)后第2、4、6天所測(cè)得的患膝腫脹指數(shù)無(wú)明顯差異,無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;在術(shù)后第8、10、12、14天實(shí)驗(yàn)組內(nèi)腫脹程度顯著下降,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,從術(shù)后第二天患肢膝關(guān)節(jié)開(kāi)始做康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)起,治療組患者每日增加的角度明顯高于對(duì)照組,兩組患者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果,術(shù)后前兩天兩組患者均存在一般程度的疼痛,兩組間疼痛差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);從術(shù)后第4天起實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組比較VAS評(píng)分明顯降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。5療效評(píng)價(jià)的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,治療組患者的有效率及顯效率明顯高于對(duì)照組患者。結(jié)論：應(yīng)用針灸配合前交叉韌帶損傷關(guān)節(jié)鏡下重建術(shù)后的康復(fù)治療的方法,可以解決關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后引起的并發(fā)癥,對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)的功能恢復(fù)療效顯著,有效預(yù)防了肌肉萎縮及關(guān)節(jié)軟組織粘連。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. Methods: from September 2014 to January 2017, 60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury treated by arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). There were 17 males and 13 females, aged from 20 to 60 years, with an average age of 37.13 years, and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, including 20 males and 10 females, aged 20 to 60 years, with an average age of 37.80 years. After operation in the control group on the basis of rehabilitation treatment combined with acupuncture treatment. The knee flexion angle of the affected side was observed on the 2nd and 4th day after operation, and the VAS score and the effective rate of the knee joint swelling degree of the affected limbs in both groups were evaluated, and the correlation statistical analysis was carried out. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, sex, body weight, course of disease and so on. 2 there was no significant difference in the swelling index of the affected knee between the two groups at the 6th day after operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, sex, body weight, course of disease and so on. The degree of swelling in the experimental group decreased significantly on day 8, 10, 12 and 14 after operation. The statistical results showed that from the second day after operation, the angle of daily increase of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). 4 according to the statistical results, the two groups had general pain on the first two days after operation. Conclusion: the application of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation treatment after arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury can solve the complications caused by arthroscopy, and have a significant effect on the functional recovery of knee joint. Effective prevention of muscular atrophy and joint soft tissue adhesion.
