【摘要】：冠心病全稱為冠狀動脈粥樣硬化性心臟病,是指冠狀動脈發(fā)生嚴重粥樣硬化或痙攣,使冠狀動脈狹窄或閉塞,導致心肌缺血缺氧或梗死的一種心臟病。冠心病在中醫(yī)歸屬于“胸痹”、“心痛”、“厥心痛”、“真心痛”等范疇。隨著中國步入老齡化社會,冠心病發(fā)病率和病死率呈現(xiàn)迅速上升的趨勢。尤其是老年冠心病,對社會及家庭帶來沉重的經濟負擔,更對患者造成巨大的心理壓力和生命威脅。吾師陳民教授從事老年病醫(yī)療工作20余年,積累了豐富的臨床經驗,認為老年冠心病患者多因臟腑虛弱,氣血陰陽各有虛損,痰瘀阻塞心脈而致。老年冠心病與肝脾關系密切,肝屬木,脾屬土,人體氣機依靠肝之疏泄才能暢通,肝氣郁則氣滯,氣滯血瘀,心脈痹阻,不通則痛;木失條達易克脾土,脾胃運化功能受損,氣血生化乏源則心失所養(yǎng),不榮則痛。故吾師素喜用“肝脾同調,標本兼顧”治療老年冠心病,同時重視痰瘀,兼顧他臟,關注預防。
[Abstract]:Coronary heart disease is known as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which is a kind of heart disease caused by severe atherosclerosis or spasm of coronary artery, which leads to coronary artery stenosis or occlusion, which leads to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia or infarction. Coronary heart disease belongs to chest obstruction, heartache, syncope and true heartache in TCM. As China steps into an aging society, the incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease (CHD) are rising rapidly. Especially coronary heart disease in the elderly brings a heavy economic burden to the society and family, and it also causes great psychological pressure and life threatening to the patients. Professor Chen Min, my teacher, engaged in geriatric medical work for more than 20 years, accumulated a wealth of clinical experience, that elderly patients with coronary heart disease due to the weakness of the viscera, Qi, blood yin and yang deficiency damage, phlegm and blood stasis blocked the heart and veins. Elderly coronary heart disease is closely related to liver and spleen, liver belongs to wood, spleen is soil, the human body qi machine depends on the liver to drain away to smooth, liver qi stagnation is qi stagnation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, heart vein obstruction, impassitude is painful; Qi and blood biochemical lack of the source of heart loss of support, not proud of pain. Therefore, we use "liver and spleen homology" to treat elderly coronary heart disease, pay attention to phlegm and blood stasis, his viscera, pay attention to prevention.
