【摘要】：陰道病又名陰道炎癥,是婦科門診多見和頻繁發(fā)生的病癥,具體指陰道黏膜及黏膜下相關(guān)組織的炎癥。細(xì)菌性陰道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)和假絲酵母菌性陰道病(candidal vaginitis,CV)是2種常見的陰道疾病,對女性的日常生活和學(xué)習(xí)造成了極大的影響。目前,對于BV和CV的治療方法有了一定的改進(jìn)和提升,從原來的西藥或者抗生素治療變?yōu)槿缃竦耐耆兴幏絼┘爸形魉幗Y(jié)合方劑治療,并且在預(yù)防BV和CV方面也有了不錯的發(fā)展。與西藥或抗生素相比,中藥可辨證論治,療效穩(wěn)定且較好、副作用極少,患者易接受�；謴�(fù)正常的陰道微生物生態(tài)環(huán)境是治愈陰道病的根本,中藥對陰道病的治療恰好從這個目的出發(fā),但可用于治療BV和CV的中藥材種類繁多且治療機(jī)制復(fù)雜,本文通過查閱近年來的權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)庫中中英文文獻(xiàn),對BV和CV的發(fā)病機(jī)制、用于治療BV和CV的常見中藥以及中藥治療BV和CV的治療機(jī)制進(jìn)行闡述,以期為反復(fù)發(fā)作的BV和CV的治療和新藥研發(fā)提供新的思路。文章總結(jié)了BV的3種發(fā)病機(jī)制和CV發(fā)病機(jī)制的5個過程。通過統(tǒng)計,能夠治療BV的主要中藥有123種,能夠治療CV的主要中藥有133種,能夠治療這兩種病的主要中藥有84種,且治療BV和CV的主要藥用成分有生物堿、苷類、酚類、揮發(fā)油、綠原酸、黃酮類、色素、香豆素等。中藥治療BV和CV的機(jī)制:體外抑菌實驗、其他抗菌藥物滲透率增加、細(xì)胞內(nèi)溶物外漏、機(jī)體免疫力提高、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療。文章最后對中藥治療BV和CV過程中存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的可行性建議。
[Abstract]:Vaginosis, also known as vaginitis, is a common and frequent disease in gynecological clinic, specifically refers to inflammation of vaginal mucosa and submucous tissue. Bacterial vaginosis (bacterial vaginosis,BV) and Candida vaginalis (candidal vaginitis,CV) are two common vaginal diseases, which have a great impact on women's daily life and study. At present, the treatment methods for BV and CV have been improved and upgraded, from the original western medicine or antibiotic treatment to the complete traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the combination of Chinese and western medicine prescription treatment. And in the prevention of BV and CV has a good development. Compared with western medicine or antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine can be dialectically treated, with stable and better curative effect, few side effects and easy acceptance by patients. Restoring the normal ecological environment of vaginal microorganism is the fundamental to cure vaginosis. The treatment of vaginosis by traditional Chinese medicine is based on this purpose, but there are many kinds of traditional Chinese medicines used to treat BV and CV and the mechanism of treatment is complicated. In this paper, the pathogenesis of BV and CV, the common Chinese medicine for BV and CV, and the therapeutic mechanism of Chinese medicine for BV and CV are expounded by consulting the English literature in the authoritative database in recent years. In order to provide new ideas for the treatment of recurrent BV and CV and the development of new drugs. In this paper, three kinds of pathogenesis of BV and five processes of pathogenesis of CV were summarized. According to statistics, there are 123 kinds of main Chinese medicines that can treat BV, 133 kinds of main Chinese medicines that can treat CV, 84 kinds of main Chinese medicines that can treat these two diseases, and the main medicinal components of treating BV and CV are alkaloids, glycosides, phenols. Volatile oil, Lv Yuan acid, flavonoids, pigment, coumarin, etc. The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating BV and CV: in vitro bacteriostatic experiment, other antimicrobial drug permeability increased, intracellular dissolution leakage, body immunity improved, integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment. Finally, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the treatment of BV and CV with traditional Chinese medicine.
