【摘要】：目的:采用循證醫(yī)學(xué)回顧性的研究方法,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)現(xiàn)狀提煉出經(jīng)方治療痛經(jīng)的證治規(guī)律,以期充分發(fā)掘經(jīng)方的價(jià)值,開拓臨床思路提高臨床療效,并補(bǔ)中醫(yī)現(xiàn)行教材未備之處。方法:檢索并獲取收錄于中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的所有關(guān)于《傷寒論》與《金匱要略》方的臨床研究和個(gè)案經(jīng)驗(yàn)文獻(xiàn),歸納出治療痛經(jīng)的所有經(jīng)方的方劑譜,同時(shí)總結(jié)經(jīng)方在臨床運(yùn)用時(shí)的加減運(yùn)用規(guī)律。結(jié)果:通過循證醫(yī)學(xué)的回顧性研究發(fā)現(xiàn),有眾多經(jīng)方及其加減運(yùn)用對(duì)于痛經(jīng)有較好的療效。結(jié)論:經(jīng)方治療痛經(jīng)具有廣泛適用性,在臨床上有發(fā)掘和利用的廣闊空間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the rule of syndrome and treatment of dysmenorrhea by using the retrospective research method of evidence-based medicine according to the present literature, in order to fully explore the value of the prescription, to develop the clinical thinking to improve the clinical efficacy, and to supplement the unprepared teaching materials of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: to retrieve and obtain all the clinical studies and case studies and empirical literatures on the Treatise of febrile Disease and the synopsis of the Golden Chamber, which were included in the Chinese knowledge Network, Weip Database, Wanfang Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. Sum up all prescriptions for dysmenorrhea, and sum up the rule of addition and subtraction of Meridian prescription in clinical application. Results: according to the retrospective study of evidence-based medicine, there are many prescriptions for dysmenorrhea. Conclusion: Jingfang has wide applicability in treating dysmenorrhea.
