【摘要】：從病因病機(jī)的認(rèn)識,臨證辨治思路及用藥規(guī)律,介紹羅頌平教授治療卵巢功能減退不孕的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。羅教授認(rèn)為體質(zhì)偏頗及長期不良情志刺激是發(fā)病的重要誘因;腎虛為致病之本,與肝脾功能失調(diào)密切相關(guān),沖任失調(diào)、胞宮胞脈失養(yǎng)是卵巢功能減退的病理狀態(tài)。以補(bǔ)腎填精,疏肝健脾為治療大法。用藥平和,同時顧護(hù)五臟氣血陰陽,忌大寒大熱及辛甘走竄傷陰之品。臨證注重對患者心理及情志疏導(dǎo),并擅長飲食藥膳調(diào)補(bǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis, the thinking of clinical differentiation and treatment and the law of medication, Professor Luo Songping's experience in treating infertility of ovarian dysfunction is introduced. Professor Luo believes that physical bias and long-term adverse emotional stimulation are the important inducements of the disease, kidney deficiency is the root of pathogenesis, closely related to the disorder of liver and spleen function, the disorder of rush and appointment, and the loss of cell vein in the uterus is the pathological state of ovarian dysfunction. Tonifying kidney filling essence, soothing liver and invigorating spleen as the treatment method. Medication peace, care to protect the five viscera qi and blood yin-yang, avoid Greater Cold hot and Xin Gan go to harm Yin goods. Clinical attention to the patient's psychological and emotional guidance, and good at food and medicine.
