【摘要】：目的:本研究通過對(duì)腎虛衰老患者分別進(jìn)行隔藥灸臍和隔淀粉灸臍治療,觀察隔藥灸臍法和隔淀粉灸臍法對(duì)腎虛衰老患者臨床癥狀與免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)的影響,比較兩者的療效差異,部分闡釋隔藥灸臍法治療腎虛衰老的作用機(jī)理及機(jī)制,豐富完善臍療理論體系,從而為臨床預(yù)防衰老提供依據(jù)。方法:隨機(jī)將符合臨床腎虛納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的40名衰老患者分為隔藥灸臍組和隔淀粉灸臍組,每組病例數(shù)分別為22例和18例;觀察兩組治療前后的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀量化評(píng)分及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)指標(biāo)的變化,評(píng)價(jià)隔藥灸臍法在抗衰老治療上的臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.隔藥灸臍組腎虛衰老患者的各項(xiàng)臨床癥狀均明顯改善,隔淀粉灸臍組在改善“腰膝酸軟”、“畏寒肢冷”、“疲倦乏力”等癥狀方面也有顯著療效,隔藥灸臍組優(yōu)于隔淀粉灸臍組。2.隔藥灸臍組的免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)指標(biāo)均明顯改善,隔藥灸臍組在改善免疫球蛋白方面優(yōu)于隔淀粉灸臍組。結(jié)論:隔藥灸臍法可以改善腎虛衰老患者臨床癥狀及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)指標(biāo),且明顯優(yōu)于隔淀粉灸臍法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effects of medicine-separated moxibustion and starch moxibustion on clinical symptoms and immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) in patients with kidney deficiency. By comparing the curative effects of the two methods, the mechanism and mechanism of herbal moxibustion in the treatment of kidney deficiency senility were explained in part, and the theoretical system of umbilical therapy was enriched and perfected, thus providing the basis for clinical prevention of aging. Methods: forty senile patients who met the standard of clinical kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups: moxibustion group (22 cases) and amylum moxibustion group (18 cases). To observe the changes of quantitative scores of TCM clinical symptoms and immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) indexes before and after treatment, and to evaluate the clinical effect of moxibustion on anti-aging. The result is 1: 1. The clinical symptoms of senility patients with kidney deficiency in the moxibustion group were obviously improved. The starch moxibustion group also had significant effects in improving the symptoms of "weak waist and knee", "chilling limbs", "fatigue and fatigue", etc. The medicine-separated moxibustion umbilical group was superior to starch moxibustion umbilical group. 2. The indexes of immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) in the moxibustion group were improved obviously, and the immunoglobulin in the moxibustion group was better than that in the starch moxibustion group. Conclusion: herbal moxibustion with umbilical method can improve clinical symptoms and immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM) indexes in patients with kidney deficiency and is superior to starch moxibustion method.
