【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)“清熱解毒洗劑”的臨床治療效果觀察,進(jìn)一步探討中醫(yī)采用清熱解毒、燥濕止癢理論在外洗治療掌跖膿皰病方面的作用,證明清熱解毒洗劑的療效及安全可靠性,研究性質(zhì)為臨床療效觀察。方法:選擇觀察64例,臨床診斷符合掌跖膿皰病的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。采用隨機(jī)分組的方法將患者分為A、B兩組,A組為治療組,B組為對(duì)照組,各32例,兩組都口服藥銀屑膠囊。功能主治:祛風(fēng)解毒。用于銀屑病。新疆維阿堂制藥有限公司。批號(hào):國(guó)藥準(zhǔn)字Z20080093。用法用量:口服。一次4粒,一日2~3次。A組給予清熱解毒洗劑(黃柏、黃芩、黃連、公英、紫花地丁、馬齒莧、地膚子、白鮮皮、苦參、牡丹皮、土茯苓、忍冬藤)治療,以上諸藥,日一劑,把藥面溶于1500ml的礦泉水中(此時(shí)藥面與水的比例是1:10)、水溫30~40℃為宜,用溶成的藥水泡洗患處20分鐘,日1次。B組給予給皮膚康洗液(金銀花、蒲公英、馬齒莧、土茯苓、大黃、蛇床子等)治療。功能主治:清熱解毒,涼血除濕,殺蟲(chóng)止癢。用于濕熱阻于皮膚所致濕疹,見(jiàn)有瘙癢、紅斑、丘疹、滲出,糜爛等。北京華洋奎龍藥業(yè)有限公司,批號(hào):國(guó)藥準(zhǔn)字Z19990045。用法用量:取適量藥液直接涂抹于患處,糜爛面處可稀釋5倍量后濕敷,日2次。結(jié)果:研究結(jié)果示,總有效率治療組78.13%明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組50.00%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05,治療組與對(duì)照組存在顯著差別。結(jié)論:清熱解毒洗劑外洗治療掌跖膿皰病的效果明顯、安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Qingre Jiedu Lotion" and further explore the effect of the theory of clearing away heat and detoxification, drying dampness and relieving itching on palmoplantar pustulosis by external washing, and to prove the efficacy, safety and reliability of Qingre Jiedu Lotion. Diagnostic criteria of palmoplantar pustulosis. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Group A was treated with 4 tablets at a time and group B was treated with psoriasis capsules. Functional indications: dispelling wind and detoxification. Used for psoriasis. Group A was treated with Qingre Jiedu lotion (Huangbai, Huangqin, Huanglian, Gong Ying, Zihua Ding, Portulaca oleracea, Fructus Dahuricae, Fresh White Skin, Sophora flavescens, Peony Skin, Poria cocos, Lonicera japonica) 2-3 times a day. The above medicines were dissolved in 1 500 ml mineral water (at this time the ratio of medicinal surface to water is 1:10) and soaked in water at 30-40 degrees C. Group B was given skin lotion (honeysuckle, dandelion, purslane, tuckahoe, rhubarb, cnidium, etc.) for treatment. Functional indications: clearing away heat and detoxification, cooling blood and removing dampness, insecticidal and antipruritic. Used for dampness and heat obstructing eczema caused by skin, see itching, erythema, papules, exudation, erosion and so on. Beijing Huayang Quilong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., batch name: national medicine: Usage and dosage: Take appropriate amount of liquid directly applied to the affected area, erosion surface can be diluted 5 times after wet compress, twice a day. Results: The results show that the total effective rate of treatment group 78.13% is significantly better than the control group 50.00%. Statistical analysis, P 0.05, the treatment group and the control group there is a significant difference. Impetigo is effective, safe and reliable.
