【摘要】：目的:觀察加味麻辛附子湯聯(lián)合穴位埋線治療風(fēng)寒束表型慢性蕁麻疹的臨床療效。方法:將90例風(fēng)寒束表型慢性蕁麻疹患者分成三組:聯(lián)合治療組、對照組1、對照組2。聯(lián)合治療組予:口服加味麻辛附子湯聯(lián)合穴位埋線;對照組1:口服加味麻辛附子湯;對照組2予:口服玉屏風(fēng)膠囊。觀察三組治療前后組間和組內(nèi)的瘙癢程度積分、風(fēng)團(tuán)大小積分、持續(xù)時(shí)間積分、風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目積分、發(fā)作次數(shù)積分及嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:1、組內(nèi)比較:三組患者在療前、療后瘙癢程度積分、風(fēng)團(tuán)大小積分、持續(xù)時(shí)間積分、風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目積分、發(fā)作次數(shù)積分、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)比較,p均0.05,說明加味麻辛附子湯聯(lián)合穴位埋線療法、單獨(dú)口服加味麻辛附子湯療法、口服玉屏風(fēng)膠囊療法對風(fēng)寒束表型慢性蕁麻疹均有治療效果。2、組間比較:(1)瘙癢程度:聯(lián)合治療組與對照組1、對照組2相比,瘙癢程度積分減小明顯,p均0.05;對照組1與對照組2相比,瘙癢程度積分下降明顯p0.05。(2)風(fēng)團(tuán)大小:聯(lián)合治療組與對照組1、對照組2相比,風(fēng)團(tuán)大小積分減小明顯,p均0.05;而對照組1和對照組2相比,風(fēng)團(tuán)大小積分減小不明顯p=0.260.05。(3)風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目:聯(lián)合治療組與對照組1、對照組2相比,風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目積分減小明顯,p均0.05;對照組1與對照組2相比,風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目積分減小明顯p=0.040.05。(4)持續(xù)時(shí)間:聯(lián)合治療組與對照組1、對照組2相比,發(fā)病持續(xù)時(shí)間積分減少顯著,p均0.05;而對照組1和對照組2相比,發(fā)病持續(xù)時(shí)間積分減少不明顯p=0.110.05。(5)發(fā)作次數(shù):聯(lián)合治療組與對照組1、對照組2相比,風(fēng)團(tuán)發(fā)作次數(shù)積分減少顯著,p均0.05;對照組1與對照組2相比,風(fēng)團(tuán)發(fā)作次數(shù)積分減少明顯p=0.030.05。(6)聯(lián)合治療組與對照組2相比,嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)減少明顯,p0.05;而聯(lián)合治療組與對照組1相比,嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)差異不明顯p0.05;對照組1與對照組2相比,嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)差異不明顯p0.05。結(jié)論:加味麻辛附子湯聯(lián)合穴位埋線治療風(fēng)寒束表型慢性蕁麻疹療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Maxinfuzi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of phenotypic chronic urticaria of wind-cold bundle. Methods: 90 cases of chronic urticaria with wind-cold tract phenotype were divided into three groups: combined treatment group, control group 1, control group 2. Combined treatment group: oral Jiawei Maxinfuzi decoction combined with catgut embedding; control group 1: oral Jiawei Maxinzi decoction; control group 2: oral Yupingfeng capsule. The scores of pruritus degree, wind mass size, duration, number of wind masses, number of episodes and eosinophils were observed before and after treatment in the three groups, as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: comparison: before and after treatment, the patients in the three groups had itching degree integral, wind mass size integral, duration integral, wind mass number integral, attack times integral, The eosinophilic granulocyte count was 0.05, which indicated that Jiawei Maxinfuzi decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy, and maoxinfuzi decoction alone, Oral Yupingfeng capsule therapy for chronic urticaria of wind-cold bundle phenotype, the comparison between groups: (1) pruritus degree: combined treatment group and control group 1, control group 2 comparison, Compared with the control group, the score of pruritus degree decreased significantly (p 0.05). (2) the wind mass size: the combined treatment group and the control group (1), the control group (2), the control group (1), the control group (2). Compared with control group 2, the score of wind mass size decreased significantly (P < 0.05). (3) the number of wind mass in the combined treatment group and the control group was 1 and 2, respectively, while that in the control group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with control group 2, the number of wind mass in control group decreased significantly (p 0.040.05). (4) duration: combined treatment group and control group 1, control group 2, compared with control group 2, the number of wind mass decreased significantly (P < 0.05), compared with control group (n = 2). The scores of onset duration decreased significantly (P < 0.05), but the scores of onset duration in control group 1 were not significantly decreased compared with control group (P < 0.05). (5) the number of episodes in the combined treatment group and the control group was 1 and 2, respectively, and that in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with control group 2, the score of wind mass attack number decreased significantly (P < 0.05). (6) compared with control group 2, the score of wind mass attack number decreased significantly. (6) compared with control group 2, the score of wind mass attack in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The eosinophilic granulocyte count in the combined treatment group was not significantly different from that in the control group (p0.05), while the eosinophilic granulocyte count in the control group was not significantly different from that in the control group (p0.05). Conclusion: modified maxinfuzi decoction combined with catgut embedding at acupoint is effective in treating chronic urticaria with wind-cold bundle phenotype.
