【摘要】：目的通過對土家族醫(yī)學(xué)抗腫瘤藥物的文獻(xiàn)整理分析,探討土家族醫(yī)學(xué)抗腫瘤藥物的用藥規(guī)律。方法根據(jù)《土家族藥物志》建立土家族抗腫瘤藥物名錄,以名錄擬定關(guān)鍵詞檢索中國知網(wǎng)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺、Pub Med醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)檢索服務(wù)系統(tǒng),納入明確具有抗腫瘤作用的土家族醫(yī)學(xué)常用藥物并建立數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果土家族醫(yī)學(xué)具有直接抗腫瘤作用的藥物144味(其中植物類136味,動物類8味),科屬分布中菊科頻數(shù)最多為11次,占土家族抗腫瘤藥物的7.6%;藥味分布中苦味藥最多占總藥味數(shù)的41.7%,涼性藥物高達(dá)77味,無毒藥物104味。結(jié)論土家族醫(yī)學(xué)治療腫瘤多使用清熱、攻邪、散結(jié)的藥物,并以無毒藥物數(shù)量最多。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the law of antitumor drugs used in Tujia nationality medicine by analyzing the literature of antitumor drugs in Tujia nationality medicine. Methods according to the Journal of Tujia Medicines, the list of antitumor drugs of Tujia nationality was established, and the key words of the list were used to search the Chinese knowledge Network and the Pub Med Medical Literature Retrieval Service system based on Wanfang data knowledge Service platform. The common drugs of Tujia medicine with anti-tumor effect were included and database was established for data analysis. Results 144 kinds of drugs with direct antitumor effect were found in Tujia medicine (including 136 species of plants and 8 flavors of animals). The frequency of Compositae in family and genus distribution was 11 times at most. It accounts for 7.6% of the antitumor drugs in Tujia nationality, the bitter drugs account for 41.7% of the total taste, the cool drugs are 77 and the nontoxic drugs 104. Conclusion the medicine of clearing away heat, attacking evil and dispersing knot is mostly used in the treatment of tumor of Tujia nationality, and the number of nontoxic drugs is the most.
