【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)比研究,觀察加減麻子仁湯治療混合痔術(shù)后便秘的臨床療效。方法:將所觀察的60例患者隨機(jī)分成治療組30例與對(duì)照組30例,治療組服用加減麻子仁湯,對(duì)照組服用乳果糖口服溶液,觀察兩組患者混合痔外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)后便秘情況。觀察兩組病例治療前后便秘各項(xiàng)癥狀的變化情況,包括排便時(shí)間、糞便性狀、排便費(fèi)力、便不盡感、肛門堵塞感、排便時(shí)肛門疼痛、腹脹等情況。通過統(tǒng)計(jì)癥狀評(píng)分情況運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1.治療前治療組及對(duì)照組在例數(shù)、年齡、性別、病情等方面均無顯著性差異(P0.05),兩組資料具有可比性。2.治療7天后兩組在排便時(shí)間、糞便性狀、排便費(fèi)力、排便不盡感方面差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組療效無差異;但兩組在肛門堵塞感、排便時(shí)肛門疼痛、腹脹方面差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.兩組對(duì)術(shù)后便秘均有有效的治療作用,但治療組愈顯率明顯高于對(duì)照組,二者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組總住院時(shí)間無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.加減麻子仁湯對(duì)混合痔術(shù)后便秘的總治療效果優(yōu)于乳果糖口服溶液組。2.加減麻子仁湯可有效防治混合痔術(shù)后便秘所致肛門堵塞感、排便時(shí)肛門疼痛、腹脹,減輕患者不適,適合臨床推廣。3.加減麻子仁湯、乳果糖口服溶液均能有效治療混合痔術(shù)后便秘。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jiajianmazhiren decoction on postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiangmaiziren decoction and the control group was treated with lactulose oral solution. The constipation after external exfoliation and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids between the two groups was observed. The changes of constipation symptoms before and after treatment were observed, including defecation time, fecal traits, defecation effort, defecation, anal clogging, anal pain, abdominal distension and so on. The statistical symptom score was analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0. The result is 1: 1. Before treatment group and control group in the number of cases, age, sex, disease and other aspects of no significant difference (P0.05), the two groups of comparable data. 2. After 7 days of treatment, there was no significant difference in defecation time, fecal traits, defecation effort, defecation and defecation between the two groups (P0.05), but there was no difference in the curative effect between the two groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in anal clogging and anal pain during defecation. The difference in abdominal distension was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. 3. The two groups have effective treatment for postoperative constipation, but the curative effect of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P0.05), the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group, there is no significant difference in total hospital stay between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion 1. The total therapeutic effect of Jiajianmazhiren decoction on postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids was better than that of lactulose oral solution group. 2. Aiziren decoction can effectively prevent and treat anal clogging caused by constipation of mixed hemorrhoids, anal pain and abdominal distension during defecation, relieve the discomfort of patients, and be suitable for clinical application. 3. Add and reduce mazhiren decoction, lactulose oral solution can effectively treat postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids.
