【摘要】：目的:探討中藥加減龍膽瀉肝湯治療暴聾的臨床療效,通過(guò)對(duì)治療前后癥狀積分進(jìn)行比較,進(jìn)一步探討中藥對(duì)暴聾治療的有效性,為臨床提供更多更好的治療方法及有效藥物。方法:收集2016年1月至2016年12月期間在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診就診的突聾患者60例(60耳),以年齡在18-60周歲的患者為觀察對(duì)象,采取非盲隨機(jī)區(qū)組對(duì)照方法,治療組30例(30耳)和對(duì)照組30例(30耳)。治療組采用中藥加減龍膽瀉肝湯聯(lián)合西藥凱時(shí)注射液靜推,維生素B1,維生素B12肌注,對(duì)照組僅用西藥治療。7天為一療程,觀察14天后,記錄結(jié)果并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。所有數(shù)據(jù)均用SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:(1)治療組總有效率為93.3%,對(duì)照組總有效率為86.6%,兩組總體療效經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn)P0.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(2)在耳聾、眩暈、煩躁易怒、口苦咽干、胸脅脹痛等癥狀的改善上,經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn)均P0.05,治療組比對(duì)照組更具優(yōu)勢(shì),統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)有顯著差異。在改善耳鳴癥狀上,經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn)均P0.05,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說(shuō)明兩組療效相當(dāng)。結(jié)論:(1)中藥加減龍膽瀉肝湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥(凱時(shí)、B族維生素注射液)治療肝火上擾型暴聾較僅僅采用常規(guī)西藥療效具有明顯的優(yōu)越性,說(shuō)明中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療優(yōu)于單純的西醫(yī)治療。(2)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合在耳聾、眩暈、煩躁易怒、口苦咽干、胸脅脹痛等的癥狀改善上療效顯著,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine plus and subtractive Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of deafness and to provide more and better treatment methods and effective drugs for the treatment of deafness by comparing the symptom scores before and after treatment and further exploring the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deafness. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2016, 60 cases (60 ears) of sudden deafness were collected from the otolaryngology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 30 cases (30 ears) in the treatment group and 30 cases (30 ears) in the control group were treated with non-blind randomized control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus modified Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with western medicine Keshi injection, vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 were intramuscularly injected, while the control group was treated only with western medicine for 7 days as a course of treatment. After 14 days, the results were recorded and statistically analyzed. All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results: (1) the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3g and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.6. The total curative effect of the two groups was significantly improved by t test (P0.05). (2) the improvement of deafness, dizziness, irritability and irritability, dryness of mouth, chest and flank pain, etc. T test showed that the treatment group had more advantages than the control group (P 0.05), and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. In the improvement of tinnitus symptoms, the t test all P 0.05, no statistical significance, indicating that the two groups have the same curative effect. Conclusion: (1) the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus subtractive Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with conventional western medicine (Keshizhuo B vitamin injection) in the treatment of liver fire upstanding deafness is obviously superior to that of only conventional western medicine. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than the simple western medicine treatment. (2) the treatment group is better than the control group in the improvement of deafness, vertigo, irritability and irritability, bitter pharynx dry mouth, chest and flank pain and so on.
