【摘要】：總結(jié)劉尚義臨證治療痰濕的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。針對(duì)痰濕停滯的部位,因勢(shì)利導(dǎo)、分而消之;針對(duì)痰濕的性質(zhì),靈活運(yùn)用疏表化濕、芳香化濕、苦溫(苦寒)燥濕、健脾利濕、淡滲利濕、溫陽(yáng)利濕、清熱利濕、祛風(fēng)勝濕治痰八法。根據(jù)痰濕停滯的部位、演變轉(zhuǎn)歸以及患者的體質(zhì)、病程等情況,或一方一法,或合方使用,使頑痰濁邪難以停滯。疑難頑癥多以痰瘀立論,治痰濕當(dāng)注意治血,亦不忘調(diào)暢氣機(jī),氣順則津液亦隨氣而順矣。
[Abstract]:Summing up Liu Shangyi's experience in treating phlegm dampness. According to the characteristics of phlegm and dampness, it is flexible to use thinning the surface to turn wet, aromatizing to wet, bitter temperature (bitter cold) dryness, invigorating spleen and dampness, light seepage and livability, warming yang and dampness, clearing heat and dampness, The eight methods of dispelling wind and strengthening dampness and treating phlegm. According to the position of phlegm-dampness stagnation, its evolution and the patient's constitution, course of disease, or one method of one side, or the use of the prescription, it is difficult to stagnate the evil of obstinate phlegm and turbidity. Difficult and intractable diseases with phlegm and blood stasis theory, pay attention to the treatment of phlegm and dampness, do not forget to regulate Qi, Qi Shun body fluid with Qi.
