【摘要】：目的:探討冠心病合并心力衰竭不同發(fā)展階段各證候的中醫(yī)治則治法。方法:在證候?qū)W研究基礎(chǔ)上,編撰冠心病合并心衰治則治法臨床專家調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,開展多中心、大樣本調(diào)查研究,應(yīng)用匯總、組合、排序分析等方法統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:冠心病合并心力衰竭四期十三證的治法依據(jù)病程、病機(jī)、演變規(guī)律,各有益氣、溫陽(yáng)、活血化瘀、利水、降逆、化飲等側(cè)重。結(jié)論:基于多中心大樣本流調(diào)得出的冠心病合并心衰分期分證的治則治法符合臨床診療規(guī)律,可反映臨床專家對(duì)該病的診療共識(shí),為該病的中醫(yī)規(guī)范化治療提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the treatment of different syndromes in different stages of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods: on the basis of syndromes study, the author compiled the questionnaire of clinical experts on the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure, carried out multi-center, large sample investigation, applied summary, combination, ranking analysis and so on. Results: according to the course of disease, pathogenesis, evolution law, beneficial gas, warming yang, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting water, lowering inverse, and transforming drink, the treatment method of 13 syndrome of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure was emphasized. Conclusion: the treatment principle of coronary heart disease combined with heart failure by stages based on multi-center large sample flow regulation accords with the rule of clinical diagnosis and treatment, which can reflect the consensus of clinical experts on the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and provide a reference for the standardization of TCM treatment of the disease.
