電針合谷穴對面神經(jīng)損傷家兔面部運(yùn)動功能及面運(yùn)動神經(jīng)元超微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Hegu point on facial behavior, facial nerve conduction function and facial motor neuron ultrastructure in rabbits with facial nerve injury, and to study the role of Hegu point in facial nerve regeneration and repair. To provide a certain experimental basis for clinical application of Hegu point to restore facial nerve function. Methods: 40 rabbits with facial nerve injury were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham-operated group, model group, electroacupuncture Hegu point group and electroacupuncture Houxi point group. In the sham operation group, the left facial skin was cut open and the facial nerve was sutured after exposure. The model group does not give any disposal after making the model. Hegu point group was treated by electroacupuncture at Hegu point, and Houxi point group was treated by electroacupuncture at Houxi acupoint for 30 mins, once a day for 28 days. Facial motility of rabbits was observed with naked eye, the latency and peak amplitude of action potential of injured facial nerve compound muscle were detected by facial electrogram, and the ultrastructure of facial motor neurons was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The result is 1: 1. Behavioral score: the behavioral score of Hegu group was higher than that of model group and Hexi point group (P0.05, P0.01) after 28 days, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05and P0.01). The results of facial nerve electrogram showed that the latency was shortened and the peak amplitude was increased in Hegu group after 14 days. The difference was statistically significant compared with model group and Hexi point group (P0.05P0.01). Ultrastructural analysis of facial motor neurons: under electron microscope, sham-operation group: after 1428 days of modeling, the organelle was abundant and the structure was relatively complete. Model group: after 14 days, cell edema, chromatin edge aggregation, mitochondria swelling, rough endoplasmic reticulum breakage and surface ribosome exfoliation were observed. Severe degeneration of the nuclear membrane boundary is unclear, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex dissolved. After 28 days of modeling, cell edema was alleviated, organelles were less and Golgi complex was slightly dilated. In the group of electroacupuncture at Hegu point: after 14 days of modeling, the cell edema was more obvious, the chromatin was less, the organelle was decreased, the mitochondria was swollen, the rough endoplasmic reticulum was broken, and the Golgi complex was slightly dilated. After 28 days, the cells showed slight edema, abundant organelles, slight swelling of mitochondria and slight dilatation of rough endoplasmic reticulum. After 14 days of modeling, the cells were edema, chromatin aggregates were located under the nuclear membrane, organelles were decreased, mitochondria were swollen and rough endoplasmic reticulum was broken. After 28 days of modeling, cell edema was alleviated and retrograde changes such as Golgi complex dilatation were observed. Conclusion 1. Electroacupuncture at Hegu can improve the facial behavior of rabbits with facial nerve injury. Electroacupuncture at Hegu point can promote the latency of facial compound muscle action potential and the recovery of peak amplitude of facial nerve injury in rabbits. Electroacupuncture at Hegu can promote the recovery of the ultrastructure of facial motor neurons and accelerate the repair of facial nerve injury.
