【摘要】：目的:開展變應(yīng)性鼻炎(鼻鼽)治未病標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制訂研究,建立科學(xué)、規(guī)范、實用的《中醫(yī)治未病實踐指南·鼻鼽》。方法:首先進(jìn)行古代與現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)研究。通過設(shè)定檢索詞,運用檢索工具,廣泛查找有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)的不同類型采用相應(yīng)的評價方法對文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評估,選擇有價值的中醫(yī)、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合診斷、防治的資料,撰寫關(guān)于鼻鼽的文獻(xiàn)研究報告。其次,采用德爾菲(Delphi)法進(jìn)行三輪問卷調(diào)查,每一輪專家返回問卷后,我們對其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,并研究專家修改意見,形成指南草稿。隨之,邀請本行業(yè)專家、文獻(xiàn)學(xué)專家及國家中醫(yī)藥管理局總指導(dǎo)組專家對草稿進(jìn)行論證,修改完善后形成指南初稿。其后,我們向相關(guān)行業(yè)專家發(fā)送指南初稿征求意見,按照"循證"等原則,決定采納與否并提出相應(yīng)理由,據(jù)此修改指南初稿形成了評價稿。對于形成的評價稿,邀請了 10個三級醫(yī)院開展200例臨床一致性評價。與此同時,中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會耳鼻喉科分會指定了中醫(yī)耳鼻喉科、中西醫(yī)結(jié)合耳鼻喉科等的4位專家對指南進(jìn)行方法學(xué)質(zhì)量評價(AGREEⅡ工具)�；谂R床評價反饋的意見,對評價稿進(jìn)行全面的整理、修改,并經(jīng)專家指導(dǎo)組審定,形成《中醫(yī)治未病實踐指南·鼻鼽》公開征求意見稿。結(jié)果:制訂出符合臨床實際的、具有循證依據(jù)及中醫(yī)藥特色的《中醫(yī)治未病實踐指南·鼻鼽》(公開征求意見稿)。結(jié)論:變應(yīng)性鼻炎治未病的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究成果不僅為指導(dǎo)各地鼻鼽"治未病"工作,也將推進(jìn)中醫(yī)治未病及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化事業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)中醫(yī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的進(jìn)程,提高國民健康管理意識,降低醫(yī)療費用,融洽醫(yī)患關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a scientific, standardized and practical guide for the treatment of allergic rhinitis (rhinitis). Methods: firstly, the ancient and modern literature were studied. By setting the key words and using retrieval tools, the relevant documents are searched extensively. According to the different types of literature, the quality of the literature was evaluated by the corresponding evaluation methods, and valuable Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis, prevention and treatment materials were selected, and the literature research report on rhinitis was written. Secondly, using Delphi (Delphi) method to carry out three rounds of questionnaire, after each round of experts return questionnaire, we carry on statistical analysis to it, and study expert's revision opinion, form the draft of the guide. Subsequently, experts in the industry, literature experts and experts of the General steering Group of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine were invited to demonstrate the draft, and to revise and improve the draft to form a first draft of the guide. Subsequently, we sent the first draft of the guide to the relevant industry experts for comments. According to the principle of "evidence-based", we decided whether or not to adopt it and put forward the corresponding reasons, and then revised the first draft of the guide to form an evaluation draft. Ten tertiary hospitals were invited to evaluate the clinical consistency of 200 cases.
