【摘要】：目的:觀察薰洗顆粒對踝關節(jié)骨折脫位術后關節(jié)功能恢復的影響。材料與方法:按照隨機化原則,依據(jù)患者入院先后次序?qū)?0例踝關節(jié)骨折脫位術后患者分為薰洗顆粒組和對照組,觀察對比兩組術后1個月、2個月、3個月及12個月AOFAS、VAS評分,評價薰洗顆粒對踝關節(jié)功能恢復及緩解疼痛的作用。結(jié)果:1.兩組手術患者術前、術后自身前后對照:術后1個月、2個月、3個月、12個月患者AOFAS、VAS評分均較術前明顯改善,且呈現(xiàn)逐漸好轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢。2.兩組組間比較:薰洗顆粒組相對于對照組術后2個月、術后3個月患者AOFAS評分較高、VAS評分較低,但術后12個月兩組患者AOFAS、VAS評分無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.手術所達到的踝關節(jié)解剖復位及堅強內(nèi)固定的效果是保證骨折愈合和避免發(fā)生創(chuàng)傷性關節(jié)炎的前提條件;2.薰洗顆�？梢跃徑馓弁�,促進踝關節(jié)運動功能的恢復。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of fumigation granule on the recovery of joint function after ankle fracture and dislocation. Materials and methods: according to the principle of randomization, 40 patients with ankle fracture and dislocation were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The AOFASVAS scores were observed and compared at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 12 months after operation. Objective: to evaluate the effect of fumigation granules on ankle function recovery and pain relief. The result is 1: 1. The scores of AOFASN VAS in both groups were significantly improved before and after operation, and showed a trend of gradual improvement at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 12 months after operation. Comparison between the two groups: compared with the control group, the AOFAS score of the fumigating granule group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after operation, but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 12 months after operation (P0.05). Conclusion 1. The effect of anatomical reduction and rigid internal fixation of ankle joint achieved by operation is the precondition to ensure fracture healing and avoid traumatic arthritis. Fumigating granules can relieve pain and promote the recovery of ankle motor function.
