【摘要】：目的觀察電針合谷穴對面神經(jīng)損傷家兔面部行為學及面運動神經(jīng)元超微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,初步探討電針合谷穴對面神經(jīng)損傷的修復作用。方法采用神經(jīng)卡壓法制備面神經(jīng)損傷家兔模型,將16只家兔隨機分為4組:假手術(shù)組、模型組、電針合谷穴組和電針后溪穴組。假手術(shù)組切開左側(cè)面部皮膚,暴露面神經(jīng)后縫合。模型組造模后不給任何處置。電針合谷穴組采用電針合谷穴治療,電針后溪穴組予電針后溪穴治療,每次30min,每日1次,治療28天。肉眼觀察家兔面部運動情況,透射電鏡觀察面運動神經(jīng)元超微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果假手術(shù)組:造模14、28天后,細胞器豐富,結(jié)構(gòu)較完整。模型組:造模14天后,細胞水腫明顯,細胞染色質(zhì)邊集,線粒體腫脹,粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)斷裂,表面核糖體脫落。變性嚴重的細胞核膜邊界不清,線粒體、內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)和高爾基復合體溶解。造模28天后,細胞水腫較前減輕,細胞器較少,高爾基復合體輕度擴張。電針合谷穴組:造模14天后,細胞水腫較明顯,細胞染色質(zhì)少量邊集,細胞器減少,線粒體腫脹,粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)斷裂,高爾基復合體輕度擴張。造模28天后,細胞輕度水腫,細胞器豐富,線粒體輕度腫脹,粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)輕度擴張。電針后溪穴組:造模14天后,細胞水腫,細胞染色質(zhì)凝集成塊位于核膜下,細胞器減少,線粒體腫脹,粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)斷裂。造模28天后,細胞水腫較前減輕,出現(xiàn)高爾基復合體擴張等逆行性改變。結(jié)論電針合谷穴能促進面運動神經(jīng)元超微結(jié)構(gòu)的恢復,加快面神經(jīng)損傷修復的進程。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Hegu point on facial behavior and ultrastructure of facial motoneurons in rabbits with facial nerve injury and to explore the effect of electroacupuncture at Hegu point on repairing facial nerve injury. Methods 16 rabbits with facial nerve injury were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham-operated group, model group, electroacupuncture Hegu point group and electroacupuncture Houxi point group. In the sham operation group, the left facial skin was cut open and the facial nerve was sutured after exposure. The model group does not give any disposal after making the model. Hegu point group was treated by electroacupuncture at Hegu point, and Houxi point group was treated by electroacupuncture at Houxi acupoint for 30 mins, once a day for 28 days. The facial movement of rabbits was observed with naked eyes and the ultrastructure of facial motor neurons was observed with transmission electron microscope. Results in the sham operation group, the organelles were abundant and complete after 1428 days. Model group: after 14 days, cell edema, chromatin edge aggregation, mitochondria swelling, rough endoplasmic reticulum breakage and surface ribosome exfoliation were observed. Severe degeneration of the nuclear membrane boundary is unclear, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi complex dissolved. After 28 days of modeling, cell edema was alleviated, organelles were less and Golgi complex was slightly dilated. In the group of electroacupuncture at Hegu point: after 14 days of modeling, the cell edema was more obvious, the chromatin was less, the organelle was decreased, the mitochondria was swollen, the rough endoplasmic reticulum was broken, and the Golgi complex was slightly dilated. After 28 days, the cells showed slight edema, abundant organelles, slight swelling of mitochondria and slight dilatation of rough endoplasmic reticulum. After 14 days of modeling, the cells were edema, chromatin aggregates were located under the nuclear membrane, organelles were decreased, mitochondria were swollen and rough endoplasmic reticulum was broken. After 28 days of modeling, cell edema was alleviated and retrograde changes such as Golgi complex dilatation were observed. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at Hegu point can promote the recovery of the ultrastructure of facial motor neurons and accelerate the repair process of facial nerve injury.
