【摘要】：西醫(yī)在治療急性感染性熱病方面雖有一定優(yōu)勢(shì),但很難較快控制發(fā)熱,且發(fā)熱帶來(lái)的一系列病理生理改變對(duì)人體造成了不良影響。中醫(yī)急癥學(xué)家陳紹宏教授根據(jù)數(shù)十年臨床實(shí)踐,提出以通為用、"癰毒"內(nèi)侵、病證結(jié)合指導(dǎo)急性感染性熱病治療的學(xué)術(shù)思想原則,在臨床中屢起重疾。故在此原則的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)對(duì)急性化膿性扁桃體炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性肺源性心臟病急性期、急性膽囊炎、膽管炎、急性腎盂腎炎所致發(fā)熱的診治思路進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:Western medicine has some advantages in the treatment of acute infective fever, but it is difficult to control fever quickly, and a series of pathophysiological changes caused by fever have a negative effect on human body. According to decades of clinical practice, Professor Chen Shaohong, an emergency scientist of traditional Chinese medicine, put forward the academic thought principle of "carbuncle toxin" invading, combining disease and syndrome to guide the treatment of acute infectious fever. Under the guidance of this principle, the diagnosis and treatment of fever caused by acute suppurative tonsillitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic pulmonary heart disease, acute cholecystitis, cholangitis and acute pyelonephritis were discussed.
