【摘要】：《脈法贊》為關(guān)于診脈法的短篇韻文,收錄于王叔和編撰的《脈經(jīng)》,是進(jìn)行中醫(yī)脈學(xué)史整理、研究獨(dú)診寸口法的重要早期文本。故從文體風(fēng)格、思想內(nèi)容等角度對(duì)《脈法贊》的撰作年代、文本性質(zhì)、學(xué)術(shù)源流各方面進(jìn)行考證和探討,認(rèn)為其系漢末魏晉之際所撰對(duì)"脈法"文書(shū)進(jìn)行總結(jié)的文字,內(nèi)容或與涪翁《診脈法》相關(guān);其對(duì)中醫(yī)寸口診脈法理論體系的發(fā)展成熟、寸口分部與臟腑對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系的確立有很大貢獻(xiàn),其學(xué)術(shù)思想與扁鵲學(xué)派存在一定的淵源關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:"Meridian Zan" is a short verse about the method of diagnosing the pulse, which is included in Wang Shuhe's "Pulse Sutra", which is an important early text for the collation of the history of pulse science of traditional Chinese medicine and the study of the "Cunkou method". Therefore, from the angle of stylistic style and ideological content, this paper makes textual research and discussion on the writing age, text nature, academic source and stream of Mai Fa Zan, and holds that it is the text that summarized the "pulse method" document written in the end of Han Dynasty, Wei and Jin dynasties. It has great contribution to the development of the theoretical system of Cunkou diagnosis and the establishment of the corresponding relationship between Cunkou and Zang-fu organs, and its academic thought has a certain origin relationship with Bian Que school.
